Horrendous! Check this out! I purchased a parking spot a week earlier than needed since could not do otherwise. The night before I was to leave the country, I went to park. They had ZERO parking spot identifiers posted! I called the corporate office and they could not even tell me where to park. I waited in the lot for 2 whole hours on the phone trying to get help when I needed to be packing.
They told me I had to leave the lot since they could not tell me where to park! It was a fire hazard they said. I was pissed since now I had to rush to find another parking alternative with just hours to get to airport. To add insult to injury, they are refusing to refund my money despite them not accommodating me!
Talk about greed and dishonesty! They are keeping my money even though they did not provide the service I paid for! On top of this, they had plenty of available parking spots.
There business conduct is totally unprofessional and uncaring when they fail to honor their end of the agreement and refuse to rightly return my money when they fail to do so!
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAQUE! This is the one in Nashville, TN close to the airport, but I am guessing this is the company mentality! If they prove they are better humans than this, I will update.
IT IS BAD ENOUGH WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH NON-BUSINESS THIEVES AND ROBBERS THAN TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY WHEN THEY DO NOT HONOR THE BUSINESS AGREEMENT. THE COMPANY TOLD ME I COULD NOT PARK AND IT WOULD BE A CRIME IF I DID! I EVEN TOLD THEM I SAVED THE RECORDING OF THEM SAYING THIS. I DID NOT WANT TO RETURN TO THE USA WITH MY CAR TOWED AWAY IF I HAD INSISTED ON PARKING. I worked hard for my money and they are keeping it without providing the service they agreed to provide! THIEVES and LIARS are who they showed me they are. They can still right this wrong, but do they have enough professionalism, business integrity, and fair business dealing desire to do so or do I have to take them to court!? No one has the right to keep another's money that he did not earn nor was freely given.
I added the specific address to help you not do business with them. Also, I show how much of my money they took and I did not get to park a single day!!!

Chae at this location was incredibly helpful with superior customer service. It makes a big difference & is what keeps me storing here.
Do yourself a favor and find another company for your storage needs. Public Storage will increase your rent on a regular basis. Their tactic is this: advertise at a set rental cost, allow you to get moved in and settled, then jack up your rent every few months without providing notice. Meanwhile, they’ll advertise same exact unit at a significantly lower price. Don’t support a business like this.
My starting rent was $73.60. The very next month they jacked it up to $92. Then, increased it to $111 and recently increased again to $122 a month.Currently, my exact unit is being advertised for just $71 (excluding the special they’re running, which makes it only $48!!!).
Think about that before choosing Public Storage.

Hi, my name is Carvis, and I just want to tell my story about Public Storage and the superb service I received. I was looking for somewhere to store my belongings since I broke up with my girlfriend. I figured I only needed a little bit of space, so I booked it after downloading the app. I get there, and realized that I needed a tad bit more than I thought originally. I went into the office and there was a nice young lady by the name of "Tree". I asked her if there was a way that I could get a unit, larger than the one I booked in the app? She said "Yes sir" and went to typing(express fingers)😂 told me she could transfer me to a bigger unit and offered a special. Long story short, I ended up spending about the same for more space than originally! THANK YOU TREE, FOR THE FAST AND SEEMLY EFFORTLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRANSITION!!!

I rented a 10x 15' unit and got my first month free, with a $50 (admin fee and lock fee) start up cost. That was a pretty good deal as I only needed the space for a month whole I sold some things. The night after signing up, I drove 30 minutes to the storage facility and unfortunately the code I had been texted didn't work and had to go home. I called the late night customer service and had them put in a work ticket to have that fixed on the app for me.
When I woke up I checked the app, you down load up get into the gate remotely, and tested it again, which it was working at this time. I then received several calls from an employee at the office, Tree, who went to the location and made sure my code was working before driving there tonight. She was very polite and helpful. Minor set back with optimal customer service afterwards. Thanks for being proactive and willing to work with me.

All my things were burglarized and my record collection was stolen from my unit. I never got a call or email about the robbery. They just pushed my things in and waited for me to visit my storage again. I feel violated. You cannot trust this place.

This is a wast of my time I got a ride here so I could place some of my belongings in storage and for you guys to be open from 9:30-6pm why is there no one here I'm in my third trimester what was the point in coming down here to give y'all my storage money if y'all not doing y'all job a car even one of your clients pulled up he said he was trying to return a key for the horrible service he's delt with. that said it all for me.

Nikki is always polite, professional, and helpful. I obtained my 2 units under another mgr. who was also helpful. I only offer 4 stars because the price increases were never explained when obtaining the units, and PS will not prorate once the month is paid and you vacate early--bad business practice.

Nikki (Property Manager) has always answered my calls and I never had to leave a message. She has been extremely courteous and helpful with all my request. I have served as a National Sales Manager for several large LED lighting company's and Nikki provides the excellent Customer Service that is required to make a company successful. The facility is very easy to access and I have had no issues with my unit.

Solid option for storage in the Nolensville-Green Hills area. I appreciated how quiet the place was, only rarely would I see another renter moving items from their unit. Payments and unit setup was easy and well handled by capable staff, even when I wanted to change my unit choice last minute. Only negative was how enthusiastically I was prodded into writing this google review. And one time the freight elevator didn't work. But that didn't detract much from my overall experience, and I will definitely use this location again if I need to store things in the future.
