Stephanie and Shadda were absolutely wonderful! They assisted me with my account and unbeknownst to me, there was not a contract listed when I initially signed up back in 2021 but these two wonderful ladies took care of everything. Unlike other storage units, the storage facility is always clean and smells so fresh. Climate Control is the way to go. if you are interested in renting a storage unit, Public Storage Climate Control is the way to go, and be sure to stop by the Hamilton Place location. You will definitely receive a 5-star treatment. Stephanie and Shadda not only keep the place immaculate, but they are so knowledgeable. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

I am gonna tell you this i would pick this one before any other ps cause loretta is the bomb she helped me when i found out the freezer was still Full of food and she helped me get it out and then I found out my washer her clothes in it and she help me get that out if she’s a great person and she helps you and has great customer service when I tell you she is somebody that can handle any situation if I could tell about her personality, that if they was the move to like another city ps or to you know Memphis Tennessee she will do good at the Public Storage even though because she is awesome and let me tell you the inside of that place is cool they don’t play no games at all that place is clean. I’m talking about is even the parking lot is clean and it is a good location so it’s like a win-win for real.

My experience with this public storage location has been exceptional. Earlier today my husband left our unit unlocked and Brooklyn made sure to give us a call to inform me about this. She was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that our unit was secured correctly. Brooklyn is amazing and I feel safe with our belongings being stored there with Brooklyn as a part of their team!

ETA: We've had units at this location for 1.5 years now. The staff are always friendly, especially Karen, who's always knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. The facility is very clean and in great shape and we've never seen a single bug in either unit, despite coming in and out every month or so and frequently moving stuff around. Still very happy with this storage facility.
The staff are courteous, helpful, and take pride in their work, especially Shadda who went above and beyond to find a solution for me. The place is super clean. Even the bathrooms are spotless. There are dollies which are a lifesaver for moving large pieces or lots of small items. Highly recommend.

My experience with this particular public storage facility has truly been wonderful and tremendously aiding throughout my relocation journey. I was born in Maryland and decided to move across country to Chattanooga, Tennessee after the passing of my wonderful Grandmother Harriett E. Sampson. Having little money, I was able to successfully rent a storage unit to hold my belongings while actively traveling to and from Maryland and Tennessee. Karen is the representative that provided outstanding customer service, resulting in my reduced anxiety while enduring and ensuring this major life change. Karen not only provided exceptional phone and in-house services but, she also kept me abreast of significant reminders and due dates within my account as I often forgot, given everything that transpired in my transition. I genuinely appreciate Karen’s kindness and willingness to remind me of my move-in and move-out goals. This facility was the third and final storage unit needed for my transition and I am proud to relay that it was a success with the assistance, kindness, and consideration of Ms. Karen here at the public storage Hamilton Place Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Great place! They actually walk around and check the locks. Apparently one night we didn't slide the bar and didn't lock it. We got a call about and hour later from Public Storage notifying us!

Karen is the greatest! I have been here over here since October of 2021 and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with her. She runs a tight ship here in terms of security and facilities management. My experience with this storage facility has been outstanding considering I’m always paying late. They make sure to call you and give you plenty of notice ahead of time before late fees are charged or any lock is cut off. The lady that work there is always very nice and polite and has even waited on me ten mins after closing to make a payment before it was too late. Always greets me with a smile and always happy to assist. The storage is climate controlled,which is great for me because not only is it warm in the winter,and cool in the summer. But it’s great not to have to worry about anything of high value getting ruined from moisture. I give four stars simply because it’s worth it to know my things are safe.
It was a very pleasant experience, Karen, had a smile on her face and a great attitude which is always a winning combination... Keep up the good work!
Karen deserves 20 stars just for having to work for the Public Storage corporate goons. I am giving her this rating because she is awesome.
This facility is advertised and sold as climate-controlled, but they do not control humidity. My unit was reading over 90% humidity and I lost quite a few sentimental items to mold due to this.
The corporate team stated that their units are temperature controlled, but they do not have to keep the humidity level controlled. This was a surprise to me - please see Webster's definition of climate-controlled below:
(adj) having or providing artificial control of air temperature, humidity, and movement.
Thankful to be out and will never use Public Storage again...Karen rules though - can't forget that!
