I moved out 10-13-23. Thankfully the mover showed me what I didn't know. I had NO NEED to go to my unit. If I had gone I would have seen the rat and roach problems!! I was never contacted by staff to let me know. When I was leaving I went to the office and brought to the attention of the manager. All she did was put up an Orange Door brochure for insurance.
I was required to pay $15 a month for insurance and they never told me there was a problem. Public Storage owes me the insurance money!
Tory went over and beyond to address a concern that I had. Both her and Melinda were extremely nice and professional and want to thank you!

Tory is awesome! She has helped me out several times over the many years I’ve been at this location. I moved out yesterday and as always, she made it seem less!
Security is nice. When I made the booking to rent a space, I was promised it was 24 access, and there were no extra charges. Then, when I noticed a 15$ insurance charge, they made it seem like it was a one-time thing. It isn't. 15 extra every month, even though i specifically asked if x amount was the exact amount I was going to be paying. It wasn't. Also the gate is closed at 9. Since then, they've raised the rate twice in 18 months

I've been renting at this facility for the past 6 months and I've rented from public storage in the past. I haven't yet to have a complaint. It's a pretty big facility, it's always neat and clean, and the people that work there are nice. Especially Tori, an mployee who walks around a lot and talks to everyone and trys to help out anyway she can. Plus she's nice to look at, hahaha! Public Storage, The force is good on this one!

Put a locked on my storage that wasn't suppose to be there in the 1st place and when they went to take it off they couldn't now they making it inconvenience for me to use my storage and I got wait almost a week for the general manager to take it off when they could have just called a locked Smith to remove the damn lock!!!!!!!!
The Property Manager is awesome always smiling and easy to work with. Companies need more people like her.

It is a nice location and the staff is friendly however in the 11/2 years I've been with them the price seems to go up every 3 months they go up. It started at 124.00 a month now up to 250.00..I was forced to find better rates luckily 15 mins away
