You get a good move in rate then they jack the monthly rate up. Also I rented a unit in early spring of 2024 and saw a cheaper rate the next day online. I contacted the manager at little river and he said he would put in a request for it. I never heard back from him. That was in March of 2024 it is now September 2024 .

Great rates and sometimes even a free month to get you in and swipe ur credit card but then after just a few short months my rental fee went from $337 to $480
Great price to get you in and once u move in and unpack and organize the rental fee sky rockets and the say its the market trending

I’ve been using Public Storage in Cherry Grove, South Carolina since it has been open. Shane, the manager has been extremely helpful. The storage facility is extremely clean, The facility is very secure and has great hours of operation. I have closer to my home, but I use Public’s on Rt 57 in Cherry Grove, SC, because of their knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness. Public Storage on Rt 57 in Cherry Grove, SC is a Great Place to store those extra items.

I had the best experience at this location all thanks to Joe Kilmartin (Property manager) Despite being busy Joe took his time to show me the units and assist me with all I needed, very knowledge and friendly. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't ask if he was the manager but based on the way he handled himself, I assume he was. I did an eRental reservation for the Little River location. Since this location is a newer Public Storage location and nearby, I wanted to check it out in person. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Joe. Joe was very helpful. He was able to review my online reservation. After he clarified some questions I had, he escorted me to the unit I had on the reservation. I was then interested in an additional unit and he was able to show me one of those units nearby my first unit. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility and able to answer all of my questions. I greatly appreciate all the help. I will continue to use this facility for future storage as well!

Have used Public Storage in another state and was very happy with them. When we moved to Little River and needed storage we immediately thought of Public Storage. Shane was excellent to work with. We were looking for climate control storage. We definitely found the jackpot! If you could describe storage units as beautiful, that is the description of Pinnacle's storage units. The units are extremely clean. As a matter of fact, the entire place is extremely clean and neat. You must have a code to enter the gated area where the storage units are located. Of course, you lock your unit. We feel comfortable that our belongings will be safe and secure. Lori helped us. Wow! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and make good choices. She will also make you smile! I highly recommend Pinnacle Storage.

We are building a house in Sunset Landing right next door and needed a climate control storage facility. Lori and Bob helped us over the phone and in person to pick the right size unit and were so helpful and easy to deal with. You could eat off the floor in our unit, the whole facility as far as that goes. 1st time ever using a storage facility and have NO PROBLEM recommending Pinnacle at all. You won't be disappointed.
