She is very nice and needs to get a raise for what she does and I appreciate her help. I've never seen this type of 10 star customer service I will forever do all of my personal storage here. She is the best in florence I'm sure the top worker in the entire company even better than the CEO. She doesn't get paid enough for what she does she always have a kool-aid smile on her face.

Due the passing of our elderly mother we needed to lease storage for the furniture in her nursing home room with little time to move . Sheliah, the rep. for Public Storage, Florence SC worked closely with us with a very tender hearted and warm desire to see that our needs were met. I cannot express the quality and thankfulness of the way she met us and work out the details during this time. I am glad to share with you the quality of the staff and especially Sheliah who went over and above to help us with great quality.

Huge place
Came in this morning, met with Ms. Alyssa. She was absolutely wonderful. Such a sweet lady!! Helped me with getting the right size space!! $1 promo!! Keep up the great work!!
After a few months they doubled my rent. Apparently they can raise your rent once a year. The ceiling fell in on my unit and they didn't offer a discount or voice any concern over my stuff being damaged. Cheaper places that don't bait and switch and have newer facilities that aren't crumbling

700.00$ catalytic converter was cut off my motorhome while in their supposed "SAFE" FACILITY! I was basically told "too bad"..go to the police...the problem is your problem!
The i was charged an additional month after i left their facility! I was told they would refund my money! NEVER HAPPENED! STEER CLEAR! Park at your own risk!!!!

Came in and spoke with Alyssa. Had a few questions before renting and she was excellent. She answered all of my questions. She was very nice and professional. I started doing the online rental and was having issues so I went back into the office with Alyssa again and she helped complete the eRental. Wonderful employee. Also love the app she helped me with as well.

Update: was lied to when I set up the rental. Was told there were cameras in the property. There’s one. In the office and the others weren’t working. My truck got vandalized there while renting a spot and public storage was no help.

Went in to rent two storage units. Alyssa showed me both spaces. One of the spaces I was going to get, someone rented it online before we could get back into the office to do the rental. She found another solution to get me a bigger space and honor the original price. She was so patient and so professional. I highly recommend anyone to come see her for their storage needs. Walked out of the office very happy and satisfied with my Public Storage experience.

Some employees are nice and some and rude they over charge and almost every time I pull in this place I get a flat tire. The roof caved in on top of my 20x40 unit and ruined almost everything I owned and nothing was done about it and I was the one that had to clean the mess up. Then got fussed and charged for the trash from the roof. I DO NOT suggest this place to anyone.

Went into the public storage to buy boxes for my move. Explained to Barbara that I am moving far away and would be giving a lot of my things away because I couldn't afford to tag them along. Barbara told me that it would be better if I got a small unit to store the things I wanted to keep, she went through space sizes and took me to see a unit and sold me on it. I am very pleased with the service and very happy to have met Barbara very helpful.

I was greeted by the most friendly employee ever when I walked in the door! Mrs. Barbra helped me through the entire process of renting the storage unit. I have enjoyed doing business and thus far and 100% of that is because of the help I got from Barbra; I am looking forward to a positive experience at this facility. The unit itself is large and spacious and well worth the money. If you need a place to put your stuff, this is a good place to come.
