I used to do business with the public storage on Cashua First and I had all sorts of problems over there and no help however when I came down to second loop I was helped by Miranda, She is a very sweet kind and helpful person she always goes above and beyond to help me with anything i may have questions about.

Went here on Tuesday, 7/23/24 couldn’t get help from the woman sitting at the desk on her phone. Tried to call and watched her go out her way no to answer, guess that phone call was too much.

Very misleading in their admin fees and the cost of starting a lease. When questioned her response was “ Well I am sorry you misunderstood but I explained it to you the cost is what the cost is.”

These clowns are scammers & theives! These clowns are scammers & theives!! PS staff are liers to!! Management on top of that! I’m on disability so I can’t afford a high payment every month. Public storage gets you with a $1 to rent it plus $69/month but what they neglect to tell you is every 6 months they raise their rates $30/month. Bill the supervisor helped me a couple times by keeping it at $150 because I would have been paying $300 by now, per month! Bill told me when my 6 months was up to call him and he would help me. I called 6 months later but he ignored me. Would not call me back or answer my emails. My fees went from $69 month to $200 which I could not afford. My stuff, everything I owned was in storage for 8-9 years. I was never late. He let my bill get behind for over $450 with late fees accrued on it. I couldn’t believe it. All my sons baby pictures, things from my childhood and my sons childhood was in that unit!! I literally mean everything I owned!! I ended up losing it. I’m in baltimore and my unit was in Florence sc. it wasn’t like I could go get it anytime soon. Then public storage had the nerve to send me a letter saying they auctioned my belongings off for $30. Thirty fricken dollars!! I hope bill is happy about what he did to me. He should be fired!! Bill should have never told me he would help then at the very last minute backed out leaving me no time to get my things out!! Do not use public storage ever!! You’ve been warned!!

Experience at this location is top-tier customer service. Taneya - was very kind and attentive to my needs. I am currently moving and she was very informative of my options and the services the facility offered. 10/10 Facility , 10/10 Customer Service, 10/10 Communication.

This is a place similar to a white house. The place is very very clean and tidy. There is no single dirt on the floor. Even when you're assigned a storage, the inside is clean and not smelling at all. I applaud everyone to book a storage unit and the price is affordable.
