I highly recommend asking for Mariah at this location! Professional, informative, and friendly!

Pricing, cleanliness and location is great. My only issue is getting an email saying I left late and that "after hour exits are not allowed", idk about anyone else, but I work late and dont have time available during the day for big trips to the unit, so this weird cut off time is a major disappointment. Also the gate was left open with nobody around a night or so ago. PS: the water fountains dont work in the climate controlled units and that's another disappointment after moving and sweating all day.

**UPDATE 30 May 2024** Lowered to three stars. Received a price increase today of nearly 40%. When I called and spoke to the location manager, I was advised that they could request a 3 month deferral, but that he had no power. Recommended I call their WeCare line. Did so, and the phone representative also advised that their capability extended to a 3 month deferral. I did receive a call from the district supervisor about 24 hours later, who explained to me the reasoning, and offered to review my account near the end of my deferral. He was upfront that its a supply/demand driven price since it is month to month. It's their business model, so they can do as they want ultimately. So, if you are renting her, be advised that they very likely will drop a price increase on you after 6 months. Super questionable business practices. Initial review for Madelon still stands. **Prior Review** Awesome experience. Madelon was outstanding, walked me through everything, and made sure I understood. Truly appreciate the extra effort, thank you!

REVIEW UPDATE: On 11/1/2023 I spoke to Eric in regards to my unit and an increase that would be going into effect on 12/01/2023. Eric listened in detail to my concerns in regards to this price increase, he was very polite and understood. I informed him, that I would unfortunately have to look around for a storage facility that would fit within my budget. Eric was very empathetic to my situation, I thanked him for listen and we disconnected the call. Eric took it upon himself to speak with his superior, and literally within 3 minutes I received a call back from Eric, stating that he got the approval to keep my unit price at the original amount. I can not express how relieved I was to hear this and how ever so thankful I am for Eric's initiative, efforts and amazing customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 very delightful Public Storage employees. 1 via phone and 1 in person. I spoke with Niki twice, via phone, she was extremely helpful and professional both times as she answered all my questions and guided me through the website. I spoke with Eric, in person, he was extremely helpful, professional and patient while answering the questions that I had and showing me the unit that would accommodate my storage needs. Both Niki and Eric have excellent customer service skills!!! The facility at this location was very clean and well kept both inside and out. I would highly recommend it!!!

I'm honestly astounded that this place has any good reviews. I started renting in Dec 2021 for some items for my office. A small 5x10 unit initially cost $42/mo. I was warned there'd be periodic increases. In Jan 2022, they charged my AutoPay $46/mo. Not a huge increase. But the next month (just a month later!) my card was charged $138. A 300+% increase! Six months after that, in Jun 2022, my card was charged $157. A nearly 400% increase! I wanted to move my stuff, but life was hectic. I wasn't in the place to move storage items. Then in Mar 2023, while relocated temporarily to Seattle, I realized I was being charged $187/mo! For a 5x10 unit! A 450% increase from my initial rate! I called to let them know this was unacceptable, especially as I had found rat droppings in my boxes the last time I pulled an item out of storage, and I couldn't move my stuff because I was on the other side of the country. They didn't seem to care and wouldn't budge on the rate. I was stuck paying $187 for 6 months. When I returned to SC, I found a new storage building ASAP. But as I unpacked, I found more rat droppings. A LOT of rat droppings. Trails of it across the floor. The kicker is that when I went to the PS website, they're offering 5x10 units for $78/mo. I called to cancel my unit the day after moving out and discovered they'd already canceled my account so they could make it available to someone else. And no - they wouldn't refund the rest of the month. The takeaway? Public Storage's business model is a hook. They're counting on the fact that you'll be surprised by the rate increase and too busy to move your stuff until they've collected $$$$ from you. I can't believe it is even legal. If you look around, you'll find you can get a MUCH nicer storage building with a 5x10 climate-controlled unit for $63/mo ($15 less/mo), and while they also have periodic rate increases, they claim the rate will increase only by $2-10/mo, and they say it'll never go over their regular, undiscounted rate ($83). After my experience with PS, I'm skeptical. We'll see. Until then, Bee Smart.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to a man named Eric. He was kind, informative & helpful every step of the way.

Had a trailer stolen from here. Staff lied to me. Owner said he would keep an eye out. Gate has been open for days now. They don't care

I had an amazing experience with Marissa at this location. She was able to help me chose the right size storage for all of my needs. She explained the process clearly on what I had to do to close out one space to accommodate my new need. She was transparent in her recommendation and was easy to work with and had positive attitude which made it a comfortable transaction for me.
