Spotless storage facility. The lighting is excellent. The elevator is the perfect size with plenty of room. I am very pleased. Also the temperature was great especially since it was over 100 degrees
Stopped in and spoke to Niki about storing somethings as I am selling my house. Showed me around and was just as nice and polite as she could be. Never once was she annoyed that we were asking questions. She made us laugh and put us at ease. She has a great personality and sense of humor... Her customer service is above the top...

The review of five stars is for the employees, especially the manager, at the Hard Scrabble facility and the condition of the facility. However, beware the price WILL hike after your first 6 months... and a lot. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how high the price hiked, to the degree that I vacated one of the units. If I see another price hike like the first, I will move out. PS is trying to charge me what I could get in a mortgage on a property...and that defeats the purpose of using their services.
I an extremely happy with Public Storage on Hard Scrabble Road (adjacent to Lake Carolina). The place is safe and very clean. There are plenty of carts available to move your stuff. Niki is the property manager and she is amazing. I had a problem with my lock and she fixed it immediately. I am extremely happy with Public Storage and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a place to store their stuff.

I can honestly say its the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. I reserved it at a great price and it only got better when i went to move in. Their employee Nikki was superb. Very professional and explained everything in detail about how it all operates. She even managed to upgrade me to a larger locker for the same price i originally booked for the smaller one. She was very welcoming and really helped me avoid alot of future stress. She deserves a raise! I would recommend the staff and location to anyone. Im a customer for life

Yes, I was in the public storage on hardscrabble to the young lady. That helped me name was my Britney. She was awesome. I went in the store I was little frustrated because moving is frustrating but she was amazing. She was able to help me get me exactly what I needed and you know even show me how you help me with saving money and getting the best space for my home my items so thank you, thank you so much, Miss Brittney you are amazing person an amazing sales person. I will be dealing with y’all more because of the way this woman hounded her business today.

My family and I just moved to the area and had to find a place to store some of our boxes and my excess gear last minute. This place is right outside our neighborhood and extremely convenient. Nikki was very accommodating, friendly, and overall a fantastic face for the company. She helped me set up the app on my phone and walked through the whole process. The rates are very affordable and they offer military discount and insurance (if you need to get some). I would highly recommend.

If you need a storage place for your furniture or whatever you need this public storage location is great. Its clean and Niki who runs the place is awesome. She made my experience so easy and swift that this is my second time coming to this location. And I recommend if you need a storage this is the place.

Relocated from CA yo SC and needed storage services. Found Public Storage not even 5 min from my new location and it was easy as 1 2 3. I thought I only needed a 10 x 10 but once I Started packing my belongings I knew I was in trouble. My new customer service experience was absolutely wonderful- Cat and Niki made sure that everything I needed was available as I entered and when I went to my storage unit. Codes for entering the facility was sent to me the day of registration. This location and team so far is one of the best
Catininna better known as Cat, was on point I made my reservation and before completing it she called me and ask did I have any questions and told me to feel free to call her anytime if I did. She was very prompt, knowledgeable, considerate and extremely professional from being to end. She explained the phone app, entire process and walked me through the entire app to make sure I was knowledgeable of how to navigate it. She answered all my questions with a friendly attitude.
