Simple and easy just walk in and request what you need and it's done in 10 minutes got me a 10x30 for a great price versus the little storage I had for a huge price.

If you're looking for a storage facility where your rate will be increased every 6 months this is the place for you. You find a facility that's decent and affordable for your budget and as soon as you move in and things are in order your rate increases. My unit increased by more than $150 in 1 year!!!!! However, if you like playing musical units you can get the payment lower if you move ALL of your stuff to the SAME EXACT SIZE unit right across from where your unit is now????? What sense does that make? Horrible display of customer service.

Ms. Cecelia at this location was just the greatest. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for having her apart of the public storage team. We need more team members just like her. I would give her 10 stars in all areas.

They were so wonderful. They gave my reserved indoor unit away before my move in day, so I arrived with my vehicle loaded and just got a nice big SORRY. I'll never even attempt do business with them again

Clean easy access...not alot of loading carts so if busy could be a wait but you can use your own--hand truck, loading devices

The district manager, Bill, and the property manager, Mariah, are so wonderful! They helped me and went above and beyond!!!

Enjoy using this public storage. Managers are super kind & friendly. Accidentally left unit unlocked. The on duty Manager not only secured the unit. She even informed me how she locked it just to verify she touched unit & secured it. I was very grateful & impressed. She made my day. Thanks.

one week after placed items in storage I went back to place more things in storage and there were items missing from my unit placed call to management to report. Things have continually been taken out of my unit. I have reported the burglary. Don't use this company. They have let someone who's not authorized in my unit. I spoke with Suzane and she act as if she didn't Care.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE RATES AND CONDITIONS

Needed a safe and dry place to store our entire life for a few months while we closed on a new house, after a bunch of sneaky little fees we got a decent "climate controlled unit" for 55 a month. Area seems safe however after 3 months we went to move our belongings out and find massive amounts of water in the back of the unit!! One of our boxes was completely soaked but luckily we chose to use plastic totes as well, but the thought of our old vinyl records or ancient game systems being ruined by their negligence while they happily take my money is infuriating and I will not trust them with our things again. On the last trip I even heard water pouring from the ceiling into one of the other units and a pretty heavy leak in the hallway, they aren't consistently dripping but when they dump water it seems to be a large amount. Y'all need to deal with this instead of pushing "insurance" and making the toughest time of someone's life even harder by squeezing every drop you can from their wallet.
