We needed to move some things into storage in a pinch for listing photos of our home and this location was very convenient for us. Unfortunately when I got to the unit after packing all day it was full of rat poop and had several rat traps. I understand that pests happen but judging by the rat traps and another recent review they knew there were rats and rented the unit out anyway. No one was in the office at the time (understandably since it was Sunday) but customer service was great about issuing a refund.

I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! RATS 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀 were ALWAYS CHEWING AND URINATING on my mother's things. Despite paying for insurance every month, when she filed insurance, to get reimbursement for her things they destroyed, she was told they would only reimburse up to $ 200. The employee is hardly at the office. They never answer the phone even when leaving a voicemail, and the gate code won't work. Their service is very unhelpful and not reliable. 😡👎🏿 This place deserves zero stars for this. Better yet, SHUT DOWN!!!
