We live in a world where it is hard to find decent to outstanding customer service. Well for the past few days, the rare form of customer service has been manifested.
Miss Shea Sims at Public Storage allowed me to experience genuine customer service and detailed communication. She was a breath of fresh air when it came to my storage needs and concerns. The unit I am currently renting had ceiling issues.
She wasted no time getting the maintenance personnel out to fix the ceiling. As a woman of her word, she called me when the work was done. Allowing me to secure the only unit of that size left. Her spirit and attitude were very positive and genuine.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the reasonable and affordable price of the unit. I feel like my property is in good hands. Will do business with this company again. It is hard to find people who don't mind doing the little things in life.

Cat showed me to my storage unit (I went to the wrong one) and walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done to lock up once done. The lady who runs this place (gosh I am horrible at remembering names) is so nice and goes above and beyond for her guests. I received an email yesterday from their corporate office telling me my rent is increased by 40%! So I scheduled a move out. This awesome lady called me this morning and after working a few hours on it, she has managed to stop it from increasing for at least 3 months! Easy to talk to and so accommodating! Nice to see folks like this are still around in the business world! Thanks!
