I really wish I give zero stars because this place is terrible. They have a very big RAT AND MICE problem. The day I rented the storage it was not clean. It stunk and still stinks you can't get the smell out. There is rat poop every where and it's horrible. The facility is disgusting and funky. I'm not paying another month and all my stuff is coming out of there. Please stay away from this place. Oh and the customer service is disgusting as well. I can't even believe they are up and running with a rodent problemike that!

- Easy to enter the gate with one click of a button on PS app - no need to exit car
- Two different entrances - one elevator per entrance. The entrances both have a small lip that makes it very difficult to pull the carts on and off smoothly.
- Carts aren't always available which was frustrating.
- Price increased by $32 within 6 months. I called and got a 3 month extension to delay increase.
- Moved out before price increase, gave notice as instructed on contract, but still received another statement even though my account was closed out and in good standing. Called and got them to make adjustment easily. Felt like unnecessary labor put on the customer.

Just rented a unit today. Mona at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. She seemed very knowledgeable about the premises (many storage units feel like a maze) and gave me excellent tips on how to find my unit. Paper work was a breeze. I would recommend this place for Mona's customer service alone.

Associates are rude and unhelpful. Fees are high. Accessible hours are lacking.
Don’t use this location - they have mice here. I stored my belongings for a year and when I moved out, mice droppings and what I presume is mice pee were EVERYWHERE! I couldn’t even see clearly in my unit since there was barely any light in there. Will never be using public storage again. Also insurance only covers $250 for rodent infestation so basically I lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff.
Been using public storage for a year by far the worst customer service and the biggest scam. Please note that those fees and prices will increase substantially. There’s rat poop all over my clothes and furniture it even smells like rat! Not mice RATS!!!!

Went to inquiring about renting a unit at 63rd and Market. I was met by Marie and Mona and from start to finish whether it was a question or a concern they both were very helpful and attentive. It definitely brightens your day when you meet people that genuinely treat you like they enjoy there jobs. Customer service was stellar and I can always appreciate that! I will be renting a unit when my daughter finishes her first year of college to store her belongings. Thanks ladies!!!
Website states that the building closes 5, The manager Marie stated that she the building closes at 4:45 I arrived at exactly at 4:45 the building manager didn’t let me into my unit not only did she deny me access to my aunt she also was very rude stating that “she’s trying to go home” using a nasty tone! After she denied me access I asked for corporate number she wrote down her office number with a grin Would not recommend stay away False advertisement

Management sucks at this place, threaten me and my family that they'll lock us in before closing hours, she also threaten other as people was trying to move stuff to into the unit

Today I called the location on 63rd & Market to inquire about pricing. The manager there, Kawine was extremely patient, friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time to address any and all questions or concerns I have since I’ve never rented a storage space before. I plan on stopping in to get an in-person experience. I hope this company takes the time to acknowledge this manager who gave nothing but exceptional service.

Yesterday I ran into an issue booking storage space online. The service rep over the phone directed me to visit the office the following morning. I was kind of worried to go in the office to complete my reservation during a national holiday. However Mona greeted me as I walked thru the door then provided great customer service. The facility is well-lit and maintained.

I really think that the location of this particular Public Storage is probably one of the best things about this place. It has an entrance directly off market St but then has a driveway that leads down to the actual storage facility. I personally think that not being directly on a main street when unloading your belongings is quite a nice benefit

We have rented storage units at this location twice over the last four years and have had great experiences. The place is secure, relatively clean, and supplies carts to help move in and out. The property manager, Mona, was a great help in getting us our second lease when we returned. We were able to rent the unit at a good price very quickly, and Mona then was able to efficiently help us upgrade when the original unit seemed too small for our needs.

I like the place and we are using it for more than 8 months now but was dismay when they suddenly increased the rental from $138/- to $160/- a raise of $22/- without increase in any facilities or suitable consideration. The location is also not very attractive. I am not happy with the rise in rental.
Made my move affordable and super easy… after waiting for a pod that literally never came I was desperate for storage and PS came through! And Mai at the front desk was so helpful and nice!!
I love this storage location!! Moving in was quick fast and easy. I’ve been at my unit for a little over 8 months. Recently I had an incident where I locked my keys in my car to my storage unit. Mona stayed with me and supported the situation in its entirety. I truly appreciate her for everything she offered on that evening. You are truly a gem Mona. Please stay golden and keep that smile. I recently went to this location as a quick & sudden obligation to purchase a rental storage unit, & the two ladies Mae & Mona at the front desk were ever so amazing! They even took the time to allocate at another nearby Public Storage facility to help me land the perfect unit for my sudden needs. They were so professional & caring that I decided I wouldn’t mind renting a unit at their facility & even at a slightly higher cost. They also reassured that my valuable possessions would be safe & secure.
In these days & times it’s almost impossible to find people who are caring about customers & their needs & who will go above n’ beyond to insure customer satisfaction.
