I was helping a friend move some of her stuff into her storage unit and I turned around and I couldn’t believe that I seen Lori she is the property manager at the Public Storage that I rent from in Bensalem She came right over and greeted us I’m so happy that she’s here also.

Me and my wife’s storage door seemed to not go up but thank goodness for Rose as she came out in the rain and helped us figure it out and funny part is the door was not stuck!!!! We just did not unlock it correctly . My wife and I are grateful , we would have no clue what to do if it wasn’t for her… our storage unit is wonderful , property is wonderful , area is wonderful and wonderful employees . What more could you ask for ?!?! Thanks again Rose you ROCK !!!
Update : area is still amazing even now since the road on Byberry is closed . No traffic coming out!!!!! Looks like Rose is keeping this area up to speed
Moving into storage was the best decision of my life . Rose made it super easy and simple . Rates were at an all time low . Speak to Rose when you come here she has amazing customer service. And she is patient
Definitely would like to share that I had a wonderful time with the staff here specifically in the location of Byberry rd. All my questions have been answered thoroughly. The main manager here , she was very ready and understanding. Amazing Experience!!!
(MARCH ) I just moved in there and already my unit been tampered with!!! They changed the metal thing but still someone still trying. It's been 3days haven't heard from someone who can look at cameras!!! I had to put 2 DAMN LOCKS. They say the cops have to request video. I can't see it.😡 They don't care about OUR stuff!!!
UPDATE 4/22/24 I see my other lock looks like it's been messed with too.

Second experience with Public Storage in Philly, first toured the Tacony location and end up securing a unit at Byberry.
While Tacony had great people managing— the rates at Byberry were low enough to be worth the extra drive.
I didn’t lose any customer service value, as ROSE at the Byberry location did a great job getting me settled in. I had one small issue with my move in, and ROSE courteously resolved the issue quickly.
Shout out to Public Storage leadership for hiring great people!

A few days ago I went to Public Storage at Byberry Road. I went in just asking about prices for a unit. I was greet by a young lady name Rosalie. She answer all my questions and concerns. I did not rent a unit yet. But a few days later Rosalie was there and set me up with the right unit I need. I will recommend this public storage to my friends. Public Storage has a great employee who is very professional and took the time and was patience with me.

Public Storage requires you to have insurance, for your own protection. It's $15/month for $5,000 in coverage, which is plenty for what most people are storing. However, if you have homeowner's insurance, CALL YOUR AGENT. In Pennsylvania, by law, your homeowner's policy already covers you under your "personal property" coverage. But, if you don't have any other insurance that would cover your possessions here, PS's insurance is an easy add to your rental bill.

My friend recommended the Public Storage on Byberry Road and asked me to speak with Ron. When I arrived I saw Ron sweeping with a broom outside the office. He immediately stopped cleaning and came to assist me. The process of getting a storage space was extremely easy and painless. Within a few minutes Ron showed me an available storage space and completed the paperwork. I was very impressed because I didn't think that getting storage will be that easy.

I’ve been renting on and off at the Byberry Rd location 15 + years. It’s by far the cleanest property I’ve seen. The location manger Ron Roberts has done an incredible job. He recently did a transfer for me, that he suggested that better suited my needs. Ron is always friendly, and does whatever he can to ensure a pleasant rental experience.
I can't believe that they are trying to charge me 3h dollars when my units been unsecured for 2 hole month contractors been out there 3 or 4 times and you can still open my unit even wit the lock on it the guy Ron that works there is The best guy there everyone ele that works there been Ignorant but ron he even witnessed that this been going on he been going beyond call of duty to try and get it fixed and it's been a big and giant run around to try for someone to either give me credit because I have had to Secure my unit it my dame self
