The elevators shut in 5 seconds and you have to leave elevator and put the code in again. The elevator locks you inside a few times and they aren’t wide enough. Other than that place is nice. Manager a little strange.

I just wanted to add that I was there this past Sunday, and I got there around 5:30. There were no available carts to use. Eric, who had just clocked out for the night, gave me one from the back office. He waited until I loaded everything and placed it all in my storage unit which took about 30 minutes. He was extremely patient, kind, and helpful! Eric definitely went above and beyond his call of duty!

See Ron, Black people do write reviews. It was my first time moving into my storage unit. The move was so-so. There was an oversized moving truck blocking the doorway without consideration of others. The attendant, Ron, upon request, asked them to move up to allow entry, which was appreciated. In the end, I went to the office to ask questions regarding the unit and was asked by Ron to do a review. He expressed to my spouse while moving that he had an irritable day, which showed tremendously. Ron then asked if I could give a review. I agreed, out of kindness but Ron then continued and said, “Well, you can if you like because black people don't write reviews.” I was appalled and felt disrespected by his micro-aggression!! My daughter and I undoubtedly heard the same thing. When Ron saw my low star post, he called me and asked if I could change it to a 4. Not! I informed Ron of his micro-aggression, which he denied and did not apologize if it’s what I heard because he’s “not” racist. So see Ron- Black people do write reviews. I appreciated Ron’s assistance, though his personality was apathetic, but I wouldn’t recommend this facility simply because of.

It's a clean business, and the hallways are a little bit wider than your other storage facilities. It's also a different setup then your most storage facilities.

Went to grab some things out of my storage on the weekend. When I arrived I couldn’t get on the elevator due to me forgetting my gate code. I was standing in front of the elevator trying to log into my account but I could not remember the password either. An employee by the name of Eric approached me and was so kind. He assisted me with getting my gate code as well as showing me where my gate code is on the app since I couldn’t find it. Thank you Eric

This storage facility exceeded my expectations. There's a totally enclosed area for loading/unloading which is great when the weather is not so nice. New facility is a nightmare. Makes having anything here impossible. Code is needed 3 different times to enter the facility. Also needed to use the elevator. I don’t understand why because whether I’m on the first floor or third my code will work for the elevator so it’s just inconvenient. Also the door for the elevator doesn’t stay open for more than 4 seconds. I broke an entire box of dishes fighting to make it out the elevator before it closed again. Elevator closed pushing my box of kitchen stuff off the cart. Hasn’t been soap in the bathroom either for 4 days
