Excellent 5 star customer service. Excellent rates and discounts. Super clean and super well lit inside and outside. Push code required for entry. Jack Pastir, Manager, saved my office furniture, after very poor movers threw it in haphazard. The items fell and jammed the door closed. He went above and beyond for more than one hour, climbing inside the unit, rearranging the items, all the time staying very calm, and super positive. . He saved my office furniture, solved my very serious problem, all the time, remaining professional and super strong and competent. Thank you Mr. Jack Pastor, Manager. Update: I have no issues with Linda and getting the unit. But, with my 2nd month rent it seems they like to do a bait and switch. The offer I saw online was for $48 a month. When I signed up I was charged $50 a month. And my 2nd month I was charged $60 a month. Nowhere does it state that the first month was an introductory rate? Called customer service and they are of no help! Frustrated customer.

Staff made the process difficult
I’ve been renting here for 5 months … out of nowhere our rental amount shot up 30$ , the only explanation we were given was “the contract states the rental amount is subject to change” as a wife who does not have access to her husband due to military reasons .. this is extremely upsetting due to the fact I can not go and grab our things without his assistance.. we were not given a notice either, because we did check our emails … if you are to rent here please be aware “prices are subject to change” which our contract does not state it as well. Military family ? Stay FAR away .

The staff at Public Storage, Macungie are terrific. I down sized with no problem what-so-ever. The gentleman at the desk walked me to my new unit which was a big help and was so friendly!
Went to my storage unit today and found the entire property without power. The app-based door access wasn’t working, the keypad was down, and the interior was pitch black. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had broken into the doors and helped themselves inside. I tried calling customer service and the property manager multiple times using the numbers provided—but no one answered. With no way to reach anyone and clear signs of a break-in, I had no choice but to call 911 and have authorities come out to investigate.
My friend and I had such a wonderful experience at this facility with PM Stacy. She answered all questions and was so nice and smiley

Brand new facility top of the line everything awesome staff Leah's great Stacy's awesome but she fills in if you go online you get a better rate electric powered sliding doors remote entry from the public storage app offer numerous sizes I don't believe they offer outdoor parking check them out make sure you go to the public storage website and look what kind of deals and promotions they are running I know they offer first month for a dollar super discounted rates only online exclusives if you book your you won't be disappointed Ultra clean facility bathrooms on site great staff it's usually the same person a girl named Leah and when she's not there it's usually Stacy who's just as awesome willing to address any complaints or concerns which I doubt you would have any offering indoor and outdoor units climate controlled indoor units I can't say much more without keep repeating myself you know basically it just is awesome staff topper line facility with bathrooms very clean top notch security all for everything you need inside such as locks rope whatever to make your transition from your garage your house whatever in your storage facility but be sure to go online and check for discounted rates and promotions hope this review helps you guys out and if you are looking for an outdoor parking for a camper trailer whatever to Allentown location which is not that far away offers outdoor parking I believe they go up to 10 by 20 lots
