I rent a unit at 1925 rt 309 allentown it ihas been Absolutely wonderful.
Stacy has been my contact. very Knowledgeable. very polite. She always shows me respect says hello, every time she sees me. The property is very clean and well maintained. I must say that Stacy goes above and beyond To take care of her clients and the property So if you're in need of a storage.

Absolutely disgusting, rent for my locker has raised almost quadruple in the three years I've been there. And for what? Some new paint? What has been added to the facility that warrants such a price increase. Also very little staff, and zero property management during weather. The door on my locker has broken on numerous occasions, and they claim they've fixed it, but it still does not operate properly. I do not recommend this location, they will get you in with their low price to latch you in, and then continuously raise the price. Absolute vultures.

From the time i walked in the door Stacy was nothing but helpful. She is professional and courteous, she goes the extra to help you. She helped me to operate the main gate with my pass code. Walking me onto the property i couldnt help but notice how clean everything was. I also noticed how safe and secure it was. I would strongly recommend this facility for all your storage needs. So far simply not ok - After 3 months the Outdoor storage obviously isn't climate controlled. On the other hand If you want to recommend someone for simply self storage, you will also receive a small percentage deducted from your next bill payment. however, the facility I am renting has succumbed to mice droppings and I never had mice nor any at my place. this is gross and respectfully I demand an explanation. I called SimplyselfStorage 3 times about the mouse droppings and extra $3.00 charge, one time I hung up since they never picked up, second attempt I left a message since the machine indicated a call back, 3rd attempt same issue. (ANGRY) I don't recommend this storage and I will be moving my things out ASAP. I will be sending photos as soon as I can. Have a Blessed one!

Super helpful staff and quick set up. The storage unit was the largest available around and reasonable rates as well, with only a month to month contract. Unit is located in a good area with easy access and couldn’t have expected anything better.👍🏽

EXPENSIVE!!! I have the smallest size they offer (an outside unit) and it's 150$ a month. Not worth it! I'm definitely looking for another storage unit that's cheaper than 150

Trisha was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the units and prices And answered all my questions. I didn’t know exactly what size I needed and told her what I all had to put in it and she told me exactly what I need. The hours are great and it’s always nice when I stop by and get greeted nicely with a happy Smiling face.
I have been renting a space at this location for over two years. The price has almost doubled in that time and my repeated request for contact from management have gone ignored.
Open till 10 which is nice. Decent sized units for a very fair price. Very secure as well. Highly recommend.
