The access to the units on the inside of the facility through the loading area had a double 2in curb. The cart they provided can't go into the space without lifting the cart over the curb and that is counter productive!!

We rented a storage unit here for 18 months or so while expanding our house. It's a normal storage unit, located in a fairly tough location that can be challenging to get in/out of. We had a unit with outside access, and had shown signs of rodents having lived in the unit. Plus, beware of the 9pm closing time - if you clock out after 9pm, they leave you nasty grams. In addition, like most storage units, beware of promos and large rent increases! We had over $200 increase in rents over a 6 month period. Other than that, it served our needs, albeit pricey.

their customer services trash. they raise your rate when ever they want and don't even explain why, they tell me rudely to go read after raising the cost on us with 4 months.
