Was a member when it was north Penn and when I told them we were moving out they said the final month would be pro rated. Her we are July 1st having to pay the entire month for one day. Very disappointed and do not recommend them!

So easy to reserve and move in. Everything self-explanatory and the best part…..the best prices for value I’ve ever seen.

Very convenient storage facility with wide unloading area. Secure entry and bonus secured bathrooms! The only confusing part was that the building was not the typical orange and branded Public Storage. Besides that, I am extremely happy with the facility and their pricing.

We’ve been renting a storage unit there for our father who recently moved. I just went to make a payment and had a few questions and Terry and Tyler were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

We rented a first floor storage unit for our Dad while in the process of him moving. Terry was a big help in taking care of getting us signed up, the boxes and always very accommodating. The facilities are clean and temperature regulated. Easy access and compatible pricing. The loading/unloading area is under cover which makes for a much easier time when it’s pouring down rain. We had a few days of that during the move! Great facilities would definitely recommend North Penn storage!

Wow! Talk about an amazing experience. This is my first time renting out a storage unit. Alfonzo made it extremely easy to understand the process and he made sure I was comfortable with the unit I applied for. North Penn Self Storage is extremely clean and organized. It is easy to access via the elevators to the floor your unit is located on. Not to mention you are able to pull your vehicle up to the loading area for a quicker trip. Easy sign up, prices are comparatively VERY good, safe and so clean and well lit, you can store even the most fragile items with zero concerns. I recently started looking for a storage unit and I've passed by North Penn Self Storage before, so I decided to get a unit after some research. The process to reserve a unit was painless. The staff was super friendly and helpful on my move-in date. They were just as helpful and accommodating when I decided to upgrade to a bigger unit. It's a clean, secure facility and I've enjoyed my experience here so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend North Penn Self Storage to anyone.

Place is clean, well secured, but, very expensive.. too expensive for storage Almost $200/month for a 10X10 So even though location was great it is much cheaper to throw the stuff away and repurchase it with the money you would have overspent for storage year to year Just my thoughts So this is the part of the whole response I got from the owner: ", thanks for your feedback, but you may have us confused with one of our competitors. Our 10x10 that is in a brand new air-conditioned building, range in price from $116 to $145 per month and we h". So I can't reply to the response from the owner but who is this person kidding. The storage is right next to my community. North Penn Self Storage So, no I am not "confusing your place with your competitors" I can post a copy of my contract. The price was $20 administration fee, plus $15.90 for a lock. Plus they hit you with a prorated rent for the month you sign up. Mine was $45.75 including tax. . My monthly fee for a 10 x 10 unit was $175.00 with $10.5 sales tax for a total of $185.5 charged to my visa this month. i can post the payment receipt if you want me to prove it. The move in special was $1 for first month but the manager tried to con me to take the $1 for the prorated period and take the 1st month at full price. Then she tried to tell me although we are more expensive then most places around here, the other places will raise their rates 1-2 times a year. She said they only do it once a year. So my original post stays and do to the owner trying to tell me "i must be confused with one of our competitors " i will change my stars from 3 stars and now give it 2 stars
