Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 273 E County Line Rd, Hatboro, PA

I had a very good experience at the Hatboro Public Storage. I went there in person to see the facility and was happy to find that the office had an attendant. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Also, the facility is new, secure, and very clean. I would rent here again.

Cannot say enough about this storage facility. Very clean, fabulous facilities, app controlled access gates and doors, the list goes on and on. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Ty and Alex for making my move in quick and easy and for the cheap moving supplies. Highly recommend storing here.

Ty was great. Grounds and facility is clean. Would have easily been a 5 star review except when we got to the unit assigned (a 4' x 4') there was an HVAC duct/vent that took up about 1/3 of the space inside the entire unit. Terrible layout, Public Storage. Should not be sold or priced as a 4' x 4'.

I've been w/P.S. for over a year. We lost our home n things were very difficult. When I was finally able to make a payment, the manager (I think his name was Alex, not sure) helped me clean the front of my storage n was very polite n helpful. I'm very grateful for his service in my time of need. Ty so very much. He is Amazing

Made several phone calls. Stored here prior with no issues. Was told there was a $1 move in for the first month special. Was told this would reflect on reservation. Email confirming reservation showed this. Upon clicking the link in the literal same email to complete the reservation online it was completely removed. I was told move in costs for the first month would be estimated at 35 bucks. All in all they changed that REALLY fast to $156. HUGE difference. Upon calling customer service they told me there was no such thing as a $1 move in special. Despite it being in my email. Was advised to set up an appointment to see the property manager (would have to take time off of work) to show him the email. That they sent me. Yeah. Canceled that reservation and went to cube smart. They offer just the same. Yet at better price.

Highly recommend this storage facility it’s clean, private and their customer service is outstanding. Alex was more than happy to give us a tour and showed us how to use their app. He treated us just like family.

I had used Public Storage in another state before moving to PA this summer and was always extremely satisfied. I chose to use PS again for that reason and Ty at the Hatboro location took it “next level.” He was incredibly helpful and accommodating… adjusting move-in details without a hitch. Very professional!

A couple of weeks ago I came to this public storage to rent a unit. Let me tell you, it's been a while since I met a front desk customer service rep that was so thorough this young man TY! Knows what is doing. He was professional and helpful. That was my first time ever renting at public storage he definitely made the process easier for me. Ty is a people person he seems to love what he does. There is no doubt that Public Storage made the right choice with Ty. I'll refer anyone I know to this location in need of a storage because of Ty. I helped my aunt rent a unit and Ty, the property manger was very helpful through the process. I would definitely recommend location.

Opened a storage unit online late Friday night online and received an email that the unit was ready. Went there with my 8 year old daughter and lock was on the unit. Tried the office and was locked as well. Drove around the units for 1/2 hour looking for someone. Finally drove up to the gate to get out and the gate would not open. I had to get out of the car go through a gate to the other side and type in my code and run back to the car. I was very concerned being on the other side of the gate with the the office locked during open hours and no one to be found. Called that day to the storage unit to get clarification with at least 2 hours left before closing no answer and left a message, called again the next day multiple times during open hours in the morning with no answer and again left messages, then called customer service and asked to be called within an hour by someone who could help me as I was wasting the weekend. They attempted to contact the office as well as the "regional manager" and left messages for both. After 2 hours I called customer service again and asked for a refund because at this point I did not feel comfortable using them at all. They said I would get a full refund. After that about 30 min later a "regional manager" called me and attempted to blame me for all the issues and poor customer service. I politely said I just want a refund he agreed and I got off the phone. Today is 5 days later and I see I was only refunded half. I called customer service to be informed by them that they are keeping the "admin" fee as well as any days I rented the unit.

Property was very clean and Cyani behind the counter was friendly and helped me with all my questions.

Rented a small unit for overflow storage, and Ty was amazing. So helpful, answered all of our questions and took the time to show us the different storage options. The facility is very clean - we're very happy we opted to use this facility after checking out a coupe of different options in the area. Highly recommend!
