If I could give this place a negative 100 review I would. There are no cameras The on-site employee Amanda is incredibly, for no reason, rude. And our storage unit was broken into and as of yet nothing has been done about it. The fencing is not secured people can walk in and out through the back.

I recently rented a storage unit at this facility, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The manager, Amanda, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the facility is impressive. The units are well-maintained, and the entire area is spotless. The units have light bulbs in them and they work!! When mine burned out here came Amanda with a long pole and changed it for me! The prices are fair and the units are huge. I think they're bigger than what they say they are lol!! And.... one unique feature that stood out to me is the porta potty on-site. It’s convenient for those moments when you need a quick restroom break during your visits. Most places don't have one, or it's in the office and you can't get in there after they close shop hours. This should be required at all storage units. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility. Amanda’s excellent customer service, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful amenities make it a top choice for anyone in need of storage space.

Very expensive for the size and does not have employee on staff

Facility was fairly clean and temperature controlled with decent access hours. The reason for the low score? They get you in at low prices and then will bump your monthly rate.. I started out at $49.99 a month and by the time I closed it a year later it was $238 a month.

This location of public storage has been acceptable. When we moved into the storage unit we had to provide our own light bulb for the wall to have light because the one in the head in there was dead. The on-site management has proven to be flexible and compassionate with effective communication. However, the only bathroom being a Porta Potty falls below expectations, especially with the price of storage yet again going up in January 2024. Most public storage locations I have found to be exemplary, and this site seems to be working toward that standard.

This is by far the best storage facility I've used. It's affordable, it's always clean. The best part is Amanda in the office, that girl is on point! She is always friendly and she definitely knows what she is doing, as long she is there I know my stuff is safe! All around great storage facility!

I was sent a survey that I didn't complete...sooooooo I will come here and say THANK YOU for being an easy place to do business with... lock and everything? Bravo! Cause I won't name names... but there was a place down further into salem... not open, no one there... here I sat with a loaded truck and a garbage day behind me....The hours of operation with no way into anything ? Beyond upset 😡 so public storage...thanks again

So I started my day today with the goal to find a storage unit, and it wasn't looking great I almost just went home and called it quits, that was until I came to this location and let me tell you Amanda will answer all the question you have and go above and beyond she showed me some units that are available every unit is nicely swept, its an older property for sure but its kept clean 100% recommend.

Not secure AT ALL! Basically a free garage sale for all your stuff - everything here is up for grabs!!! They fool you with a great price promotion at the beginning, but this location is shady & staff will deny that theft is regular here. Staff is woefully incompetent, providing a bad attitude AND bad service. “Amazing” Amanda (per other BOGUS reviews listed here) actually went so far as to threaten me! It’s clear they don’t have a clue how to operate their business.

Do not recommend for RV storage. Had catalytic converter stolen off motorhome and then a few weeks later someone broke into the RV and stole items. Very sketchy location, not a lot of security.
