Ria was very helpful and made the process of renting a storage unit and using the Public Storage app easy, thanks!
10 out of 10 great service and good price
Ria was very helpful in assisting us with our rental contract today. She showed us a unit like what we will have at the 99th and division. Ria was very competent and friendly.
Terrible first time experience. Was told I needed to use their lock because it was "The Law". I informed the elder gentleman who was walking the units that I had my own lock, and that I would not be using their lock, therefore, I was entitled to a refund. I was told, "If you don't like it, then take all your stuff and go somewhere else." I asked to speak with a supervisor, and his response was, "Good luck getting ahold of them." While he walked away.
I had to waste 30 minutes of my time to be on the phone with their customer service. They ended up filing a complaint as they overheard the elder fella being argumentative and rude while refusing to take the lock back.
I asked for the gentleman not to get in trouble, as all I wanted was a refund for the cost of the lock that I was not going to use, as stated in the initial agreement. Why did he have to make it so darn difficult? Why did he have to be so rude? Please train your staff better.
I will update if my unit gets broken into; and if it does, we’ll know why.
Public Storage from.105th with Division charge me way too much for a unit 10 by 20 they charge me $510 dollars this month July when on the web they show they charge only $160! I ask the manager T.J 2 time to go down with the payment! They refuse so telling me each individual is charge separately! Just because I am disabled and bilingual they rip me of! Beside of that the assistant manager Jef he yealing on me and my wife accusing us for transposing! We do move everything today 07/22/2024 but they do not want to give me no money back! I DO NO RECOMEND NOWBODY TO MUVE OVER THERE WHERE THEY HAVE RODENTS AND IS SO DIRTY WHERE THEY SNUPING AND HARRASSING YOU ONLY AFTER THEY RIP YOU OF!!! PAVEL BARBURA FORMER TENANT OF PUBLIC STORAGE!!; Very Disappointment!!!
It was very helpful today, I will definitely recommend these guys!
customer service is great, especially TJ!!
Great place, I've been coming here for years, and TJ is always super kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this public storage site and location, I have never had any problems here
I am very sorry for the delay in writing this review. It was some time ago I used Public Storage on 105th and Division in Portland. In fact, I used this location more than once, all due to the great service I received from the property manager, Mr. T J Johnson. I'm a Portland native, and I have used other Public Storage locations many times over the years, and I have always been pleased, but, I must say, my interaction with TJ is simply the best!! TJ is professional, easy to talk to and he has a great sense of humor. To any prospective customers reading this, you will not be disappointed with the service you will receive from T J at the 105th and Division property. To any Public Storage upper management reading this, you have a great customer service rep in TJ, please, on my behalf, give him a big Thank You....and I hope you will thank him too. Jim C
Excellent service, very friendly and affordable.
TJ, you are the man. nice to know you are watching out for my things when I'm not around.
Very friendly always available on time ready to go this team is great. I had a wonderful time storing my stuff easy access and safe.
I had a very positive experience at this location, and the manager was super helpful and very patient with our moving process! I definitely recommend this location! Thank you!
This place is a scam. We started renting a unit, and were promised a $60.00 rate for as long as we rented the unit (because they were having a sale. Less than 1 year later, and they are raising the rate to $83.00. Do not trust these people. They don't honor their contracts.
I first went to the wrong place and the guy said that the location I was looking for was closer to downtown Portland so I just switched my reservation for the location I was at and he was gratefully helpful thank you bud. Appreciate you you saved my life.
James at the front desk was super kind, efficient, and helpful!
Very misleading, not very "public" with security gates, entry codes, and nearly every door had a pad lock of some sort. Couldn't find a bathroom at all, I had to go in a corner. (sorry D032 I didn't have anything to clean it up with me) Also, I couldn't use my food stamp card there!!! They say they dont take them, once again not very public. But overall, it is a good clean place to store stuff.
This place is affected. Recently, I was the victim of a theft of belongings valued at almost $9,000. The person who answers the door is not so friendly and does not want to give me the security videos to make a report to the police and have evidence. They forced my door. They broke the door. locks and only I received a call to tell me that my unit had been opened I do not understand what type of security they offer to clients I am still struggling with the insurance
Do not go here this is not good place to get a storage, bad business I went and rent a storage the send an e-mail to another person about the rental information, this e-mail that got sent that other person contained some of my personal information, this is a huge mistake and guess what I am not going to get a refund for their mistake, that's right NO REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Please do not go there.
Hello I just wanted to say that TJ was really helpful he even help me download the app, he has very good customer service, This public storage on Division and 105th has really good employee.
Clean storage facilities ,staff waS friendly and helpful , however I'm completely unimpressed with the online process ! Taxes &! Fees as well as required insurance fees should be clearly stated before you confirm the reservation and fill in all your personal information! InsteD they wait untiL you Almost finish the check in then add that its going to cost even more money than originally stated in the beginning for insurance .. knowing up front what complete costs & fees will be might draw more people ! (Thats just my opinion) overall I'm completely satisfied with ps and the staff so far have been great
The access is good but the locks you are required to use suck .I have had issues with 4 of them .it is a struggle everytime just to lock or unlock the unit . Also do not ask the guy at the desk ( the rare times he is there it is pretty clear he is not interested in being bothered )the lockout hours are a bit over the top . On my move in date I was 4 minutes late and my wife got calls texts emails. Once again I was 1 minute late and I found out I could have restricted access . Sure people should not stay terribly late but a 5 or 10 minute grace period wouldn't hurt . I was almost late one other time because the car in front of me was blocking the gate .I've seen holes in the fencing which I reported and they fixed but there are other security issues here . I feel that for the price we pay and the profit margins they make should allow for security issue repairs
Friendly and nice staff unit was very clean
Good place
Would be nice if they had hand trucks, furniture Dolly's you could use to move you stuff in.
Not open late enough and locks you in exactly one second after closing with zero leeway. Grumpy desk clerk he wasn't very friendly or inviting
It's a clean storage place, BUT I never got one month for a buck like they said, I moved my stuff there on the 23rd and paid full price and on the first I had to pay again and the third month I moved out, the add said pay first month and get the second for a dollar.
Was evicted for someone staying too late. Manager is rude.
family had a storage and within a week it was broken into. but also, they didn't replace the door until the account was closed, which was 2 months later.
Betty was sweet and really helpful. Very painless 😁
This will be the last month I will spend any money at this place they charging way to much 😒 never rent at public storage it's dirty and the door and gate access sucks. Also the property manager TJ likes to argue on the phone he taxes you as soon as you rent a unit 60 was how much was now it's 83 dollars no not fair. They are making me pay 240 it's the 5th and I can't pay to get out of the unit . Its like I am stuck paying a full month even tho I want to move out . I asked to pay half and if I could move out and get prorated nope or if I pay 160 can I go in my unit they said no so 🤔 this is not going to be a place I use ever again. I absolutely hate public storage
Highluly recommend Kevin an TJ they provide customer service like they use to!
Too expensive and too many pests and not enough security measures to prevent them
We needed a unit today. We we're told over the phone it would be $50. When we arrived,we were told it was $60.so we had to go cash in our bottles for the extra $10.
Of course then stuck in traffic we barely made it before the office closed. The gentleman eas nice enough to get us set up. Can't thank him enough for his help.
Not everyone would've gone the extra mile.
Geoff and i really appreciate it.
This review on Feb. 15, 2022 is in addition to my earlier comments.
I had more need for assistance and I am Happy to say, T. J. came through again. He directed me to a location in Gresham, and all worked out well. T. J. knows customer service and always delivers. I know I will be happy to recommend the 105th Public Storage any time. Thanks T. J. Jim
This review deserves 10 stars for T.J. who helped me today. He determined I required and found the best way to provide the best service possible. He even found the lowest price available and the process was quick and painless. Anyone reading this review, you can rest assured that at this 105th and Division property, T.J. will take good care of you.... with a few good jokes along the way! Thanks T.J.
I wish I could do zero stars because that’s what they deserve. Do not trust this place!!!!! They went through my unit without my consent and stole my property. I filed a police report but since I don’t know what time they robbed me they can’t get the footage off the cameras. They cop actually asked me “do you know what time they stole your stuff “ I feel violated and I’m very upset. The cops were useless, I wanna get a lawyer.
