Really bad communication they say one thing over the phone then you show up to speak to a kiosk and the lady doesn't speak English
Rodney was such a pleasure to do business with,I believe he went above and beyond his job duties, it was a scorching hot day and he brought us cold water and periodically checked on us. We will definitely refer this particular location because of the wonderful experience we had with Rodney!
I brought my dogs with me because I had nowhere to leave them and I didn't want to leave them unattended to move in here and they evicted me with no notice just kicked me out because I had the dogs with me for 2 hours. They called the police and accused me of locking them in my unit.When my door was clearly open with me there. Only gave me twenty four hours to remove my staff.
EDIT: Allison, the district Manager called me back and gave me until Monday before.I receive a decision about how this will be handled.
Apparent apparently they hadn't been informed that I hadn't been updated entirely on your policies.
I will update my review again after Monday.

Great Property, Clean Facility, Pleasant Experience
These people is so unprofessional it 🤣🤣🤣😂.
The storage is really small and expensive. You can't see the numbers which make finding the storage impossible and know one works at the place. I was called by the manager and I told him my concerns he was supposed to call back but didn't. The service is terrible and if you could choose any other storage place I would suggest you do.
The people are nice if you can actually jam them up and get their attention. I bought and not a storage through storage treasures went up there to go all I have left is cleaning it out today. Sweeping it out actually, but the people will not answer the phone. The kiosk people cannot get them to answer. I set out there and honked my horn. Block the gate, push the button. They are too lazy to answer the phone horrible service. Now I'll probably have a mark against me from storage treasures for not cleaning it out. Because those idiots are too lazy to answer the phone or come downstairs
The storage was easy to rent especially electronically instead of having to go in and sign a bunch of papers. Everything was easy to access
Rodney was great. He was super helpful.
It's alright. There's always a big puddle in front of my storage door because the asphalt has pot holes and the water collects there. Shoes are soaked or your belongings end up wet.
They were pleasant kind and friendly and answered all of our questions
Well organized facility. Employees here are not too bad either. I like how spacious the driveway is between buildings. Prices a little too high but overall it wasn't a bad experience at all.
Will definitely recommend this place.

Easy set up and first use of kiosk rental
Was helping a friend move her stuff out
Terrible customer service. Was there for a year. There were roaches and spiders too. I wanted to get a smaller storage. Instead of getting the $1 for first month she convinced me to go up there and get "a better deal and a credit". Her idea of a better deal was charging me $30 for the last 2 days of the month and a $100 storage fee for the first of the month, with no credit. I decided to cancel less then 24 hours later and go somewhere else and couldn't even get my $30 back for a unit I never saw, touched or put a lock on. I got $12 check. Went to Extra storage and so far much happier.

I had a reservation, one day before moving, they’ve lost it and there is no unit available for me. Do not bother trusting any reservation that these people give you.
Went to move out after 3 months and found our stuff infested with spiders. Told management and their response was “it’s a storage unit”. Rude. Gross.
Jessica on Reno really helped me with my lock issue at this property. She was knowledgeable and sweet. Rodney was helpful as well helping me to access it after breaking my key off in the lock
Super clean unit, move in was quick and easy, staff is super helpful and will go out of their way to ensure a good experience.
