This is easy, convenient, and safe. Had some hesitations due to previous break-ins at other units, but the security system and cameras in place are great. Lots of measurements being taken to ensure safety and accessibility. Dan has been incredibly helpful, he talked us through the process on the phone as well as coming out to greet us when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better storage experience!

Over the last 3 years, I've been at 3 storage facilities. I moved for a better rate , but I'm happy with the service. The new manager is a gentleman named Dan & he is so nice to work with. I'd forgotten my code & he went out of his way to help. The place is clean & they try to work with you. Obviously, the bill has to be paid, but customer service is a big deal, especially when you need that little extra courtesy. I recommend this facility!

I received a call today from Dan, the new manager. He was kind, personable and very helpful. My rate had gone up 3 times in the past year and a half, and Dan was able to lower my monthly rent, which was a huge relief for my part time income.

The property was very clean and looked really good. Gracie, the manager, was very helpful and attentive! Had an answer to all my questions and even answered questions I didn’t know i had!
Reserved a 12x50 foot unit. They told me I needed to come by on my “move in date” to finalize the rental agreement. I showed up, during business hours, nobody was there, NONE of their phones are answered, nobody calls back. Waited over 30 minutes. Finally got in touch with someone from India or somewhere who told me to go to a different location. What??
Cancelled my reservation and also canceling my other Public Storage unit I have at one of their other locations. They wasted my Saturday morning. Horrible business.
Buy out couldn’t happen to better snakes. Hopefully Public will bring class.

UPDATE: Rented unit in April 2023. Just received a rental increase email for 18.52%! Days before my bill is due. Also, never received the advertised months free rent. The letter also asked for referrals. LOL! I replied to the email. No response. ***** Original Review...Sandra is fantastic! Very professional and helpful. So happy I chose this location.

Great experience. The store manager Sandra R. Was very kind and helpful. She found me the exact unit to fit my needs and was transparent about the pricing . The facility and units were pretty clean the only things I really don’t like are the access hours and the steep pathway to get to the unit because it would be hard to navigate a trailer . However Sandra had a solution for that too. So I left without any doubt Simply Self Storage was the best choice for me .

I really like that the storage rooms are made of metal and not wood and drywall, so the rooms are clean and pest free. The manager Sandra Ritcher is cooler than a fan. She has the best customer service skills to deal with the public I've ever delt with at any facility I've rented from.
