We just moved into one of the storage units and we’re just blown away. The security of the gate and being able to unlock the gate from my phone is SO great. The storage unit itself was immaculate. The walls are so reinforced, the concrete in front of the unit leading inside is sloped for easy access with things with wheels, and the garage type door made it so much easier to put our bigger items inside with ease. Thank you Robert!!

Don't store anything of value here. This storage location is not secure. My unit was broken into--someone hopped the fence with bolt cutters and cut off my locks. Management does not have cameras facing the units, only on entrance.

Tha app informed me I owed $187.00 for storage on Grand Blvd. When I took in the check, the computer said $191.00. Robert did his best to explain the indefencable and deal with my disgust and mistrust with Public Storage.

Awesome customer service

I went to go grab an item from my unit and noticed the plastic slide the covers the key hole on the lock had been slid open. It's tight so it didn't happen by itself. I removed the lock which HAD NOT BEEN CUT and opened the door. It had been rummaged through and some things were stolen. A couple notes about the experience here. I rented the unit BEFORE Public Storage bought them out and jacked the rent 33%! The day I went in to rent it, the guy working there was slouched over in the office chair asleep with a moving blaring on the TV in the background. I knocked on the desk, nor response. Jingled my keys, no response. Finally I yelled so he could hear me. I rented the unit and he assigned the unit number. Upon opening the door the floor was covered with trash. I walked back up to the front desk and showed him pictures and he grabbled an electric blower and a trash bag and handed it to me. I had to clean it out myself. A few months later they started running barbed wire around the fence on the perimeter. A couple months later the place was bought out by Public Storage and promptly removed the barbed wire and sent out notices of rent going up. Now with the theft and someone picking the lock. I'm out. If you have stuff here, cancel and move. Another thing I noticed one day was that a vehicle someone stored there had had the gas door ripped open and assume the fuel pumped out. Beware folks....poor security here.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience. The staff was helpful and the facility is clean. We feel safe here. Very kind people.

Our unit was broken into and the “store manager” was not only, not helpful, but accused my husband and I of lying about dates we were at the unit. I have paid way too much money to use this storage with sub-optimal monitoring and surly front office to every use again or recommend. We pulled the remaining items from the unit immediately and cancelled the rental. Do not use this site.

I had been very happy, until now! I just got your “Rental Rate Increase” notice in the mail. First of all, I received it in the USPS Mail delivery on Saturday, May 7! So, it is not a “30 day notice”, and should not be applicable to bills until after June 7. Secondly, this is a 27% increase! To me, this is an excessive “Adjustment” as you say in the notice. No one, except Congress, has gotten this kind of pay raise. I have been on the 10x15 waiting list now since last December. I only accepted the 10x20 unit as a temporary measure. Either I need a smaller unit for my needs, or I will be forced to find more economical storage. Frank Lipsinic Unit #1008 Store 23300 NW Grand Ave.
