We had two units at the Bart Conner location. One climate controlled, one not. We found everything to be easily accessible and always well-maintained. Management was excellent and friendly. We appreciated the way she handled any questions we had. Wonderful customer care and service. Our belongings were protected and secure. Would definitely recommend Public Storage.

The local property manager is wonderful, reasonable, responsible, and easy to get along with. I do have some beef with Corporate Public Storage and the way they are handling the acquisition of this property, we'll see how they handle their end of the process. I'll update as I find out more.

Great customer service today. I had rented an RV Space over the phone. When I got there last week to spot was un level and in a water run off. Lots of different levels of ground. Made it almost impossible to un hook the RV. Today the manager not only transfered my spot to a more level location, but the new spot is even cheaper than the previous spot.
I want to thank Lee Ann for helping me get into my unit. She was very helpful and did a great job!! Awesome customer service and very polite . Good positive attitude and very helpful. A minor kickback on the app getting gates to open but she still gets 5 stars due to her professionalism.
The manager here is amazing, I had some issues online and she was able to fix it and get me the unit I needed. I'm forever grateful because moving is chaotic right now, she helped make the process so easy

Absolutely terrible experience. We reserved a unit only for the unit to NOT EXIST. We arrived at the facility only to find that no unit had the number for the unit we were given. Customer service was terrible and would not help. Just to make things worse we where (are) not the only ones having this problem, two other customers where at the facility trying and falling to find there units. The only worker at the property said that the unit we were given does not exist...nor did any of the waiting customer's. We still have not received our unit, but they have already taken the money!

LeAnn saved my bacon today and helped me get a really great rate for a storage unit at the last minute. I had originally reserved a unit at another storage facility which horribly fell through on my move-in date. LeAnn was so nice and peppy and renting the unit was no hassle at all. We got everything done in about 15 minutes including the time it took her to personally show me where my unit was.

Ive had several units here for over a year and each time ive moved units ive never been credited during the transfer, nothing credited toward the new unit, still i grinned and bared it. most recently this company enforced a 25 percent rate hike out of the blue,,,over $100 just because they felt they could,,, puts people that are already renting and fully vested in the crossfires of this very greedy corporate company tht feeds on un assuming renters. I STRONGLY encourage you if you are remotely shopping for a storage facility DO NOT come here, this group is un ethical and and will without a doubt take advantage of any extended stay contract if you are not paying attention!!!!! SIMPLY SELF STORAGE is a prime example of whts broken within the American economy today!

Excellent experience at Simply Storage. LeAnn made the process incredibly easy and made herself available during my entire move in. I had booked my unit online which was incredibly easy and when I arrive at tge facility everything was ready to go. I needed another unit and she took the time to drive me over and show me the available spaces so I could determine the space I needed. She was available to direct my movers when I couldn't be there when they arrived and was just more than happy to accommodate. She even gave me referals on movers in the area. The units are clean and secure and I highly recommend this facility for your all of your moving and storage needs.

I had a storage unit for a little over 3 years with simply self storage on Park on drive the office manager or property manager I believe her name is Leanne Dickinson was very helpful back so helpful and courteous and nice I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for storage unit to put your stuff here. Only reason I left was due to changes to where I am currently living and I could move myself back into my home. I'm the last day of my rent with them I had a little bit of a medical emergency and was not able to get the rest of my stuff. Leanne promptly return my call I said would be no problem for me to pick up my stuff that day did not charge me any kind of probated fee I did not do any of the normal things I've had with other stores units properties where you know they basically deducted and charged me a bunch of stuff and when I moved out just due to say you know a piece of paper being on the ground I offered it you know sweep up and pay a prorated fee and she would not accept either in fact she cleaned it herself.
If anyone needs a storage unit on the west side of Norman definitely choose simply self storage. I have had many storage units in the past and had nothing good to say about them or is this one I have nothing bad to say about them in fact can only just say that they went above and beyond for me.

Was able to move in and out with no problems! They helped me out with a locksmith referral who charged a really reasonable price when I got locked out. Wonderful customer service from Leanne and Crystal.

Today, I met one of the nicest, friendliest, and helpful individual that exists. Her name is LeAnne, and she is the store manager for Simply Self Storage on Bart Conner Drive here in Norman Oklahoma.
One of the smoothest transactions I have ever participated in. I walked through the door and she immediately put a smile on my face and heart. Her only concern was to provide me with what I wanted, all the while making sure that I understood that what I was asking about was what I needed.
I have to admit that my face was numb from the “cool” Oklahoma breeze, but she wanted to make sure that I was physically able choose the unit I truly wanted. Once back inside she took care of all the paperwork and wished me well.
Keep LeAnne around. She should only move up.
