The young lady that helped me set up my unit was very knowledgeable, and proficient. She was friendly, answered all my questions and had really good "people skills."

Terese and Jen were very helpful and very happy with the service and information provided.

Worst storage facility I have ever dealt with hands down. Not my first auction purchase but definitely last with this company. Terrible customer service for a 24/7 facility. We called to see if they had a dumpster or if it was okay to use it if so and they don’t and didn’t even get the same facility we were at when we called the stores number, they just tried to sell us a new unit. Store front guy said honk and I’ll let you in and out and that obviously didn’t work out in any way shape or form. Sat in front of the gate for 20 minutes waiting and then he got upset when I came looking for him. They wanted the unit cleaned out after auction purchase but good luck with these guys man, I had to leave stuff in the unit and go on about my day. Definitely would not store my belongings here or buy an overdue unit, ridiculously unprofessional and rude. Go literally ANYWHERE else and you will be happier as well as your wallet. AGAIN, WORST PLACE TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS OR BUY AN ABANDONED UNIT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

The lady who was working Sunday Aug 18th, was super sweet. She had everything I needed and gave me the best options possible. They are very good with prices as well! I definitely recommend this specific storage place.

I have been using storage units in Moore and they are ok some small problems. But when I used this one it was nice and clean and the woman helping me was very nice! You ever need a storage unit in Norman I definitely say give it a try

*** Update*** Very disappointed in the rate hikes to long standing customers. My same unit is $120 cheaper for new customers and the obviously remote phone customer service is condescending but in the friendliest of ways. My review of the Physical site is still the same :D The complex is always clean and well maintained. Great on-site customer service!

I’ve had a unit here for about 4 years now and have seen different location managers come and go, but I’m so happy that Theresa is back!!! She is the best property manager this location has had. She is always there if I need something and goes above and beyond to help answer any questions or help with any other needs. The property is always clean and orderly. I have recently out grown my current unit and am moving stuff into a larger one, and she helped me find the right one for an outstanding price! Thank you Theresa!!!

I was a little upset that I was required to pay for insurance, and there’s also a couple initial charges, so expect to pay like $30 more than you thought plus $15 extra a month for insurance, but I assume that’s what most storage units are like. The units are clean, well secured, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Moving in was really easy, and I love using my phone to unlock the gate, it’s very convenient.

Have always treated me fairly, with assistance from a friendly staff whenever requested. Their prices seem reasonable,as well. They come highly recommended as far as I’m concerned.

David is very friendly and helpful he tells you everything about your contract walks you through everything and shows you the units so that you can size up what size you need. Thank you David.

Buyer beware! Lucky you can't give negative stars! If you could my review would be -5 stars. Called to book a storage close to me so I would have easy access to my stuff while in the process of getting my new place. I told the woman on the phone my address so I figured she would give me something close. I was assigned a storage over 30 minutes away from my location. I didn't know this until after I got off the phone and used the link to find the location. Called back immediately to see if they would correct the situation. I requested a refund so I could find something closer to me. I was told they'd refund the $1 for rental but they would retain $29 for an administrative fee. They would also refund the lock. During the call I told the woman I didn't need a lock and she advised I would need to return the lock unopened to get a refund. I understand this as they leave the lock inside the unit in case the new renter needed it. So, because of their error in booking the unit I am out $29. Mind you they told me if I cancel the current storage and rebook in another one of THEIR locations after their ERROR I would not receive the promo fee of $1 for the first month. I would have to pay additional fees. That is another reason I requested a refund and planned to go to someone else. They mess up and charge you for it. Terrible customer service! NEVER use their call center to book your storage! While it seems convenient it's really a set up to get ripped off! Save yourself the time and trouble! Book with a storage company who actually cares about doing the right thing and has better customer service. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told they would "have to put in a ticket." Waited until the next day to post the review in hopes someone would call to correct the situation before posting this review. No one has reached out to correct the situation.

Storage company consistently gouging customers with insane rate hiles... it's a 10x10 room with NO lights, NO Heat & NO reason to being charged $270 per month. ONLINE Prices are HALF that... Will be finding a new place to store my things & Canceling my rental. Will Also warn EVERYONE I know about the Greed we have seen

When I called to cancel the auto payment for the following month because I never ended up even using the storage unit customer service said it was canceled but they still tried to charge my account the next month also I was told that I would be refunded the lock that I purchased not only was I not refunded, but they say that I owe the next month's unit fees before I'll ever be able to rent with them again even though I called and canceled prior, the manager at the location on classen in in Norman Oklahoma was rude and showed no intention of even pretending like she wanted to help

GREAT LOCATION GREAT PRICES..

I tried contacting office about loosing my key and no one EVER contacted me back. Did not have the money to pay another month took what I had to drive 250 miles to retrieve my belongings and every time I did get ahold is the 800 # I got told someone will be there to help and after waiting over an hr no one came. Called again and I got another story. This place is unorganized and do not help their customers. There are so many of them they have no one at the office and you can’t get return calls! I’m on a fixed income and drove 250 miles kept calling office and can’t pay my unit .

I think this is a great storage facility friendly staff always call back right away if you need something . I want to add Shay does go above and beyond and explains the details if you need to make changes to another unit due to needing a larger or smaller unit .

Had a scheduled appointment to look at a unit at 12:30 when I arrived nobody was there. I waited for 20 minutes nobody showed up. I called customer service. They really could not help me besides tell me managers go from one location to another which is totally fine but not when you have scheduled an appointment!!

We’ve had the best experience at Public Storage. Shai has gone above and beyond for us to ensure we got the right unit and that we got moved in and settled. The facility is extremely secure and we feel confident storing our items here. So grateful for Shai and her help!

My family and I recently moved up to Norman and needed a place to store our belongings as a go between for the old house to new house. Staff was awesome during every encounter, very friendly and answered questions if and when needed. We rented one of the largest units available, I believe a 15x20. The unit was clean and the facilities / grounds are kept clean. The light was busted in my unit, and wasn’t repaired. Not a biggy for me since I didn’t need access after dark, but definitely should have been checked before a new tenant accessed the unit. My biggest complaint would have to be the location of the unit. UPS uses a couple of units for temporary package holding. While it’s not my business and not a problem, it was inconvenient at times when I needed to access my unit. The location of my unit was near a package holding unit. I needed access to my unit frequently when it was first rented, but was unable to get to it when needed due to the large UPS truck in the isle. I could have asked for a different location. Considering we were moving, knowing this was going to be short term, and all our belongings we are already stored, I didn’t want to bother with moving a 5 bedroom house worth of stuff more than needed. I throw this out there due to there being people who access their units daily. If this is you, I would definitely ask if your unit is going to be next to / same isle as the UPS holding. Very inconvenient. Other than that, everything was good.

Sitting in the lobby and there is literally nobody here. Not a single person. But the woman at the desk can’t help because “she has appointments waiting”. Where? If there’s nobody here why can’t I helped? Told me to come back in a few hours. My grandmother has a unit here already. I literally just want to upgrade. Like I’m giving you guys more money?

Never had a problem getting to my unit or with staff. However, the yearly price hikes are insane. When I started renting my unit 5 years ago I paid $75 a month. With the new increase now $170. The increases started small but the last 2 years it went up $38 and $25 per month. That's a rent increase of $300- $456 per year!!

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. By for the best storage facility in town.

Service is good. But the sudden restrictions to the gate hours after having been Storage Oklahoma is a pain in my rear. I work nights. I do not jnow how I am going to get my things out.

Becky at the Norman office has known me for the 4 years that I've been using my current unit and she has always been so helpful and kind with any of my concerns or questions I've had. Unit prices have gone up post covid, occasionally office closures are unannounced, but usually there's been a nice, steady quality of service I like and that makes for a fair monthly routine without much surprises. I like using public storage and the security they provide compared to other businesse competing prices and locations.

DONT GET A UNIT HERE

Terrible staff. I had 2 dirt bikes stolen out of my unit, and the workers say they can't do anything about it. I worked through Jennifer. If you value what you put into your unit I would for sure look somewhere else.
