My husband finally decided he was ready to go through his late mother’s belongings after having the storage 3 years. Stacy made our move out process hassle free. She was very helpful bc we didn’t remember the gate codes and then we couldn’t get out when leaving. We eventually called the office very frustrated but she remained patient and polite with us and we figured out we were at the wrong gate.🤦🏽♀️ Great customer service is kind of rare these days unfortunately but Stacy deserves 10 ⭐️.

Great place with great service. my truck broke down on property and the kelly helped me alot and invited me in and gave me ice tea while i was overheating and she even found a wrecker for me when i couldn't. she alone makes this public storage a five plus star store.

The only reason that I chose the facility was because I needed access for a full sized moving truck. Initially, this wasn't possible because of the way the property was accessed. However, the kind person working went all out and found a way to get us access and we were able to get the truck unloaded.

I am editing my previously negative review after having the issue resolved. I was upset with the policy changes when the location changed from Simply Self Storage to Public Storage, but it's resolved now. The employees on location are extremely nice and very helpful.

Have had my stuff in storage there since 2020 and prices keep going up for what they say is upgrades. Yet any changes I've seen are only at the main units yet the ones on country club look the same.
