Public Storage is the WORST storage company I have ever dealt with. I have had several storage units in multiple states and Public Storage just bought out one of my units in Ohio. The changeover process felt like a hostile takeover. They didn't tell me they took off my autopay which had been set up for several years-17 to be exact. Then, because the payment didn't come out, they assessed me a late fee. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the company-EVER! The phone system just keeps looping no matter what prompt you push. When you finally get to speak to someone, they can't help you, you then have to call the site manager (that is brand new and can't help) and you have to leave a message for the district manager, who then may call back two days or more later. They are not flexible in any way and are ridiculous. The link sent to me by Public Storage when they had taken over was a spam link. The text they sent me with a link didn't work either. The phone number on the introductory email didn't even go to Public Storage. It's the biggest nightmare I've ever had to deal with and for just a storage unit. I'm glad they are not in charge of anything life or death. I would NEVER EVER recommend Public Storage to anyone, not my worst enemy.

Safe, secure, gated storage facility. Open parking spots (trailers and campers), roomy garages.
Just finishing using the storage facility after many years because I no longer need it. I'm very happy with my experience at Complete Mini Storage. It was always clean and well cared for and I never had any problems with my unit, the facility or the service. If I need to use a storage unit in the future I'll definitely go back.
My granddaughter has a unit. Easy in and out.
We had our storage unit broken into here. I lost a lot of family momentos including my dead grandfather's pocket knives and family jewelry. I filed a report with the insurance company they force you to get and no one ever responded. Thanks for letting my stuff get stolen and making me pay for insurance that won't do anything!
Edit: Thankfully I just got out of renting here. Never did get ahold of the insurance company that they make you pay for. Even my significant other tried to file a claim and get in contact with them with no avail. I'm pretty sure the company is a scam and they are pocketing the insurance money that everyone is paying per month. I'm so sad someone stole my grandfather's things and I will never have those mementos every again.
