This is the best Public Storage in the area by far, which is why I chose to rent here! Laura and Deborah are amazing and so are the other employees here! The property is always clean and has great security 24/7. If ever in doubt just call Laura through the week. She is really great 😁
If I could go negative stars I would. We got wood roaches in our storage unit as they did not keep the facility clean. I had to place traps myself. Then when I went to close out unit we had a two day power outage due to Hurricane Helene and I went to close out my unit the day of renewal and they said “because I checked in one time I’ll be charged the whole month”. OUTRAGEOUS. I was a customer for over a year and they refuse to do anything. No one at the local level can help you they will just transfer you and say it’s policy. Do yourself a favor avoid the roaches and hassle and go to a local company that actually cares about their customers.

the lady in the front was very nice. After 3 months of being there, there was no mold or mildew or rat chewings or droppings. My stuff was looking good and i did have cardboard boxes in there, so I was worried but it was okay! I would go here again if i ever have the need. it was relatively cheap for a smaller container at about $30 a month after tax and insurance, with the first month free.
After having a slight issue reserving online per my own error Ms. Laura and Ms. Ashley helped resolve promptly and efficiently! They were super nice, professional and helped make the move in process all the better! 😊

Did you know you can get storage equipment here at public storage and don't have to take an extra stop at a big hardware store? It is so convenient! Super helpful staff helped me take it to the car! Thank you Addie!!!
This place discriminates! There corporate office allows it to happen if you are late leaving out after access hours you will be notified and possibly ask to evacuate the premises and they allow overnight access to multiple people who are friends and family by the same token harass you about being out on time! There's no lighting in the climate control units ,so you have to move around in the dark and they lie about what's available to charge you more for storage prices ! Oh yeah sometimes the security gate does not close due to maintenance issues with in regards to anyone is able to break in any and all units! Stay away from this place because most places have better and longer access hours versus their 6a-9p hours
Very clean storage unit, and the cost was a lot less here than all the other storage facilities around us.

Very sealed and secure storage! Was a customer for only a few months, but Laura was very friendly and even took my move out fee off since I moved out the 1st of the month :)

Pricey but good location for us, and inside access. Climate control A/c could be set lower than 84 though. Maybe 75?
The best part of using Public Storage was their rates and the ease of ending the use of my unit! My belongings were kept safe in the climate controlled unit. When I lost my key they helped me unlock my unit it a timely manner.
Stephanie was amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. We were in and out within 20 minutes.
I wasn't looking forward to having to put my belongings in storage while waiting for my house to be ready but the customer service was fantastic and they made the whole experience so easy. I will definitely always come to this public storage first!

I made a reservation a month in advance, was called (by them) the day before the reservation to verify I would be there. Day of the res, i hired help, rented and loaded the truck. Went there and was told they didn't have my spot available...cost me $400+ only to have to put everything back into my garage!?!?
