I had a great experience at this location. David was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right unit for me. He explained everything in detail and showed me the unit. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs!

Rates nearly doubled in the few years we had a unit here. Perhaps that is simply how the entire storage unit industry is, but you have plenty of reason to put money toward a payment on a shed if you are able. The location itself is fine, though we didn't really deal with the office folks much.

There are a lot of things that are important when in need of a storage unit. This is my first time ever needing one so I did some shopping around. The first location that I went to was on CinDay Rd in Liberty Township. I went in to ask all my questions in person.Lindsey was at the front desk and her energy was welcoming. She had a genuine smile on her face and did not mind answering all of my questions. She was not annoyed and she didn’t rush me. She gave excellent customer service and gave me her business card incase I had more questions in the future. So over the next month I shopped around via phone to other storage places in Monroe, Fairfield Township and Liberty Township area and I did not have such a pleasant experience. One lady at a storage place answered the phone by saying HELLO. Not the name of the storage place or nothing. I had to ask her was I calling the right business and she said yeah. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t really want to answer my questions, as if I was bothering her. But more like she did not want a new customer. Another place had outrageous deposit fees, $200 to be exact, which is refundable after move out. Not including the one time fees and lock fees and monthly rental. So after shopping around for a month, I decided to take my belongings and business to the Cin Day Public Storage in Liberty Township. I will say their prices had a lot to do with it but more so Lindsey’s excellent customer service. She made me feel that the was the best place to leave my belongings. Just a good feeling to have during a stressful moment. She even called me the day after I moved my things in just to check and make sure I liked the space and that I was getting moved in okay. Who takes their time to do that? This was a long review but I wanted to give my honest review of my feelings. Five star review. The unit was clean. And even though it is a further drive then the other places I called, I’d rather take the drive for good prices and to have my things with someone who isn’t bothered by doing their job. Thank you Lindsey for a good first time storage renting experience!

The process to obtain a rental was incredibly easy and the office staff couldn't be more helpful. Lindsey was thorough, but conversational and kind. She also went out of her way to make sure we get an extra thing we paid for but forgot to take with us. Located very conveniently off i75 and 129, this was a perfect choice to store some things between moving to a new home.

Lindsey the property manager is the most compassionate manager I could have to work with. Storage units are needed for times of transition and her compensation and understanding made this situation much more tolerable. Public Storage with a heart in Liberty Township next to Skyline.

I like this storage facility better than the one we have used in the past. There were not any spots available but we finally got one. We started at another location and then a spot came available at the location of choice. Both were very helpful and friendly. I was not able to transfer but it waseasy to cancel the original location. Better security at both and neither of them look like a junk yard. Oh and not as expensive as the junk yard looking location. Thanks!

I recently rented a storage space at this location. Going in, i didn't expect too much on the customer service front.. boy, was I ever blown away with Lindsey! She quickly secured the space I needed and did it with a ton of knowledge, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. When circumstances beyond my control occurred, Lindsey was understanding and helped resolve a pretty difficult situation successfully. She remained professional and helped craft a solution that worked for all involved. Anyone can rent you a storage space, but not everyone delivers the kind of service that Lindsey provides. It is clear to me that she loves what she does and is truly there to take care of the customer.. refreshing in today's world!

Too many price increases. You would figure with the recent $19 increase they could have the lot plowed or salted but that hasn't happened. Multiple times since I have had my unit the gates are just open.

I have used the Storage Facility in the past with great success. Today when I visited the facility, Beth was amazing. She took out the time to explain everything to me in details and showed me the unit that I was interested in. And come to find out, it was the exact same unit that I used many many years ago. Thank you Beth you are the best!
