I had a good experience on the front end when I initially rented my unit, and today I had a a really great encounter with, Tracey. I have a great appreciation for excellent customer service! I like the storage but everything else is bad. The codes for the doors hardly work, and if they do it's only one door that's way at the other end. I am not sure why they haven't sent anyone to fix this issue yet! They have two in the front, two in the back, and only the left front door opens BECAUSE it stays open all day. This place is too big to not have other doors open. They should give the staff something electrical to use, or a golf cart to get to and fro... Its been a pile of trash sitting by the back door for a couple weeks now. I wound love to give it 5 stars, but they need to seriously fix somethings. Leaving one door open the entire day doesn't offer the greatest security either. Anybody can walk in there and steal stuff! Not sure how much longer I'll be at this specific location to be honest. The things I do like about it is the price, the space, the temperature is cool on the inside, it's usually clean on the inside as well. Those who have storages outside probably have zero problems with their experience. The staff there seem to be clueless as well. It's like they're just babysitting the place. They don't really know much and cut the conversation short. One of the main gates are damaged, like someone ran into it by not giving it time to go up all the way. So it's been stuck and bent in the air for days. Was expecting a better experience from a place that's still new.

Not that established for a brand new location. No Dolly's available, still, and restrooms are ALWAYS out of order. Can't even get a code!

Marquila, was sooooo helpful, and knowledgeable! She made our experience so much better than it could have been. I really appreciated that she took the time to work out issues without getting frustrated or annoyed like so many do these days, and her up beat attitude she carry’s always with a smile and kind demeanor made everything easy and dare I say enjoyable:)

Over the last few months I’ve had not so favorable business experiences with another storage company. I’ve done business with them for years. It reached a point that another facility needed to be found. In the stressful situation of the day, I stopped in and voiced my concerns to Marquila, she was professional, understanding, supportive, kind and knowledgeable. Needless to say I will be terminating and not renewing with a company I’ve been with for 10yrs and moving to Public Storage based on the exemplary customer service from Marquila. I hope in today’s society that public storage understands the value of a good, quality, employees like Q.

Service I received was good. Lady there was really sweet.

After I purchased the storage I left to go to work didn't look at the storage at all. Long story short it took them 3 days to take the lock off my storage and had items sitting in the hallway because I had nowhere else to take my belongings. They did give me a $25 credit but it was stressful trying to get a hold of the workers. I guess they all decided to go on vacation or something no one was in the office for 3 days SMH and customer service wasn't much help because they couldn't get a hold of the manager for days

From the phone call to till the time i got unit they were very polite an made it an easy process. I'll recomend this place to every body i know. Keep up the good work LADIES

Just tear this place down and start over. New company and management and all. This place is terrible

Booking was very easy and the person I spoke with was very communicative. But when I arrived at my designated time my unit had a lock and no one was here to unlock or give me my key for the unit. I tried calling the property manager and no one answered.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marquila, or “Q”, for her exceptional service. The entire experience, starting from my arrival, was truly remarkable. Marquila exhibited a perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency, attentively addressing all my inquiries and apprehensions. Leaving the premises, I felt assured and satisfied with the service provided. Initially intending to scout parking spaces for my boyfriend's multiple business vehicles, we departed with a new unit for my business instead. While I anticipate (not sure why there’s no availability for parking) my boyfriend utilizing this new location for parking in the future due to its proximity to us, I must commend Marquila's professionalism and outstanding customer service, which left a lasting impression on me.

Marquila Was extremely Professional and Helpful

Man had a indoor unit for almost 3 weeks and barely can get to it. They need to hurry up and fix this acces code keypad issue. I'm being charged for something I can't have access to unless someone is there. They have to do better.

Paid for an indoor storage unit when they had freshly opened for business and still have no access to get into building. We have to have the person working the desk to prop the door open so that we can get to our unit. Very annoying especially since we have to walk a great distance from the door all the way around to our unit. This place is a SCAM! They will take your money then do you wrong !!!
