As luck would have it, however, my enthusiasm was renewed in meeting Katie Clegg this past Monday. Katie was phenomenal. She was warm, engaging, insightful, and highly professional. She updated me on improvements underway at the facility, shared info about several other locations across the state, and reassured me that with Public Storage, I was in the best possible care. Storage here was easy and the insurance provided was cost effective. The climate control made things perfect for the items stored, and the security was reliable. Unfortunately, the cost of yearly storage and the annual price increases made long-term costly. However, moving in and out was a breeze and the customer service was great.
