Storage Units Near Rt 9A and Downtown Yonkers
Just minutes from the heart of Yonkers, this Public Storage facility near downtown is a great place to store extra furniture and countless other home and office belongings between moves or for keeping items longer term when space runs out. Getting here is a piece of cake thanks to a variety of main routes, including 9A, 9, the 87 highway, and Saw Mill River Road. Worst place wanted to change me for other months when I canceled 1 day late just one I called everyone and nobody helped the escalating Department, corporate nobody helps I've even told them to only charge me half of the entire payment not even that they just in it for the money they don't care at all I would understand if I canceled 1 day late but I only canceled 2 or 3 or 4 day late because I couldn't access the unit after 9:00. I had to cancel the next day I had to go upstairs to get my 🔐 🔒 lock duh I'm going to go upstairs before going to go cancel now I gotta pay 180 for a whole other month for nothing and by the way it's not the facility itself is there rental agreement policy that don't have anyway of managers to be able to fix this problem inconsiderate storage company
Was contacted by George he told me if I change the review he will help me in this situation and wave the balance on the storage unit will update if he doesn't keep his promises

I went over to Public Storage knowing nothing at all about how everything worked, was anxious. I then spoke with Angel. He takes care of the customer by educating, providing the benefit and then discussing with the client your choices and variety of payment plan . Angel let's you know your stuff will be as safe as home. You will feel good as about your choice. Angel is also respectful and an excellent multi tasker by responding to many clients at what seems to this observer simultaneously!

This place is great. I’ve been moving a lot recently and it’s really convenient. The girl in the front was really friendly and helpful I think her name was Mikayla, she was able to assist me with all my questions and issues.

I had a great experience today with Ulda today. I only came into pay my bill and to possibly get a lower rate. She showed how i could down size my space with just reorganizing how I packed my space which was super helpful. I will be switching spaces next month to get that lower rate
