Skip is the absolute best! Goes above and beyond to make sure my deliveries can be accepted in my absence. He even has gone out of his way after hours to fix a malfunctioning door (which was not the fault of Public Storage, but a delivery company). You’ll be well taken care of here!!!

As others have mentioned, this location does not do any type of snow removal that doesn't just plow the remaining snow in front of the outdoor units. I had moved rom a 5x10 to a 10x10 and for MONTHS, i received threatening letters stating I still owed money on the 5x10. Every call to respond told me to just ignore it and they would take care of it. There is no one on site to talk to. The location had its front gate in an "open" position for i don't even know how many days in march, with no mention of this as being an issue to its customers, and not even within 3 months, they already sent me a notice that they would be increasing my rate by 50%. Local management was helpful, but their hands are tied for what corporate rates decide.

Once again Public Storage did an amazing job with making the move into storage sooo easy!! They were attentive in calling and checking to see if I had any questions and the move in was ready with code texted and easy to figure out!! I used this location 7 years ago and was more than pleased to use them again!! Such excellent customer service!! 👏🏻👏🏻🫶🏻

Six months later I was struggling with the App and the webpage trying to terminate my space. A phone call to Mark quickly resolved the issue as he professionally and thoroughly completed the process. Great guy!

The review by Gregory S. says everything I feel and experienced myself. I tried to explain to the public storage 1-800 number but they essentially tell you to gfy. Bad customer service and the gate breaks sometimes. Your stuff may not be very secure just a heads up but good luck speaking to anyone in the company who cares.

Mark is an excellent property manger. He has always provided exceptional customer service. I used this public storage twice in the past 2 years. I never had any issues or complaints. The storage units and secure and my property has never been damaged. I’ve used both inside and outside storage units here. Very happy with how easy the process is to schedule a move in as well as a move out.

As consumers in 2023, we are used to being taken advantage of by large corporations. Hidden fees, terrible customer service if you are lucky enough to even be able to speak with a human, forced to provide personal information so they can sell it to 3rd parties, bare minimum everything, etc. I now only hold companies by one standard, honesty. Public Storage Williamsville broke the only standard left, by blatantly lying to me and taking almost $200 from me. Public Storage certainly delivered on all the other terrible things corporations do this day and age as well. They advertised $1 rent for the first month only to make you buy a lock (that likely cost them $2) for $20 and charge a $29 move-in fee despite providing zero services, they don’t plow after snow so access to your storage is likely blocked after any significant storm, have limited hours of operation in which you are able to access your own personal belongings, modified their office into an automated machine and removed the staff, had a broken gate for quite some time, announced they are doing some remodeling and access to your unit may be impacted for the next 4 months and potentially inaccessible entirely on certain days, etc. Then the grand finale, I was planning to move out at the end of April but I stopped in and the manager told me it didn’t matter when I moved out as they prorated the departure month so you only pay for the days you rented. Instead of moving out on 4/29 as planned, I moved out on 5/3, and was told that I would be charged in full for May as they rent “month to month”. No proration or refund for only using the space for 3 of 31 days would be provided. In summary, they are an absolutely terrible company so I would highly recommend you never even consider renting from them.

I’ve had an overall very pleasant experience at this storage facility. Mark has been very helpful since my first phone call 6 months ago, and has been able to answer all of my questions.

I had been using Public Storage for my storage needs for the last year now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Unit rent was affordable, the facility is clean and well kept, everyone is friendly, and the auto payment feature is incredibly convenient if you’re forgetful like me. Sadly I closed my account today due to moving but the person at the front desk who helped me, named Joe, made the experience pleasant and smooth. They are an absolute sweetheart. If I have storage needs in the future, I will return and give them my business again. I highly recommend Public Storage, this location in particular, and everyone who works here. Thank you Joe (and everyone)!

Mark at Public Storage Provided me with superior service in renting a storage unit. He was patient, thorough, and knew exactly the things to tell me. He walked me around to a couple of units so I could better determine the size that would best suit my needs, and then got me all set up with a nice, clean space, and made sure I knew how to operate the app. I am very pleased and comfortable with this whole experience.

Mark at Public Storage is a great asset to Public Storage. He is helpful and courteous. I recently went over to my unit after the snowstorm to try and get a few things out. There was so much snow and ice front of my door that I couldn’t open it. I went to the office and spoke to Mark. He explained that there is a plow service but they don’t get real close to the units. Mark offered to take a shovel and help me but I wouldn’t have time to shovel as I was on a lunch break from work. I went back a day or 2 later, I noticed there was a shoveled area to my unit. Mark shoveled an area for me to get into my unit and open the door. Mark is a class act! He didn’t have to do that but did it anyway. If I could give 10 stars for Mark, I definitely would.

The customer service at this Transit Rd location of Public Storage has been PHENOMENAL and way ABOVE and BEYOND. Although we are a family that typically supports local businesses, we were in a bind and needed somewhere quickly to accommodate a few moving pieces related to a relocation. Public Storage was able to accommodate our request and did it with WONDERFUL customer service. Joe D was the representative at this location that worked to solve challenges, communicate with management and provide clear directions and options related to our needs. He was timely, calm (which was so much appreciated), a clear communicator and empathetic. Our family was in a stressful situation and Joe was thoughtful and pragmatic in his approach to problem solving. Tashia was also super helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable as she helped us secure a unit. Both of these staff members are models of elite customer service across all industries. Wanted a small space short term and they had exactly what i needed here. Mark walked me through everything over the phone and did my check-in the night before. Arrived the next day and moved my stuff right in. The space was clean and more than adequate with a nine foot ceiling. Very happy and would use them again.

3/1/2022 Update: After raising price over 13% during the height of the pandemic, they are now additionally raising price a WHOPPING 30.55% !! 230% total in 6.5 years! ============================== Wonder why they have overhead lights in the unit hallway, but they're never on, requiring flashlights. Constantly raising prices, even during the pandemic!

Generally, I’ve been very satisfied with this location. However after several recent snowstorms, access to my unit has been very difficult. I have a 5x5 located in a hallway at one end of a building. After the first storm several weeks ago, one entrance was blocked by about a foot of snow. The other entrance had a narrow path shoveled out. After the latest storm several days ago, both entrances were blocked by knee-deep snow piles that extended at least 2 feet out from the door.
