After escaping the *storage void* that is Life Storage (where it felt like they were literally *sucking the life* out of us), we found ourselves in the capable hands of Millersport Tim at Public Storage. If storage units were an art form, Millersport Tim would be the Picasso of space management. Thanks, Tim, for showing us how storage is really meant to be—no more *Life* sentences for us!

Signing up for a unit online was so incredibly easy and within minutes Tim had the unit ready to go. Hours are great and the app makes it very easy to enter and exit the facility. The facility is very nice and has inside temperature controlled units. Tim is super helpful and always available to help.
We have been a customer of the Millersport Highway facility for a few years now, and could not be more happy. Recently, we upgraded to a 10’x10’ unit from a 5x10 because we needed some extra space. I was frustrated online, so decided to call… I happy I did! Tim helped me as a true professional, explaining how he could apply a credit from my existing unit. I was just very impressed by the way he treated me. For these reasons, I highly recommend asking Tim for assistance when either looking for, or altering an existing situation!

I've been with you facility 13 years, always good service and your staff takes pride in there jobs and good knowledge base. In particular working with Tim Oexcellentcustomer service, very courteous, when my debit card was canceled he went out his way to let me know if I was aware of this and prevented late charge for me, he also respects, and takes very good work pride. When my brother died he made every effort to replace my lost key as soon. As possible to have pictures for my brother available for his funeral, as well as district manager, it was hard to close my unit, after so.many years, but being older and bad seripus health illness I needed to close my stuff down in a responsible way. Tim keep up the good work my compliment to the ownership of this storage unit property, new paved roads, gate very good running and secure, very clean and well.maintained. I left my grandmother old table at site by mistake, Tim traced me down to make sure I knew.
Farewell, I'll miss your place, that gave me safe secure temperture control for my families memories all these years. Be well.

I was chilling on the floor in my unit, waiting till it hits noon so I can go get a couch to bring in, when an employee came up (female, dark skinned, with braids), accused me of living there, and told me to leave. I tried to tell her that I’m NOT living there, and that I’m just sitting and waiting till noon. She refused to believe me, locked up my unit, said a manager will call me. So I left, got a call from the district manager, who said that the EMPLOYEE said I was living there, that I was watching TV and had somehow found a way to hook up electricity (complete lie, I was watching Netflix on my phone), and that I had cups of urine (it was a cup of ginger ale and a cup of iced water). I told the manager to go ahead and look at the security footage and the gate access info to see that I haven’t even been there long and I came to the unit with my drink, but he said he didn’t want to go back and forth with the “he said she said stuff.” And I had to vacate my unit. I even offered to give them my lock key so they can inspect themselves, but they refused and said they’re not going to go forward with anything. When I went BACK to get my stuff (mind you, with the same cup of ginger ale I’ve been drinking), the same employee took off the lock she put on, I told her she was wrong and everything she said was untrue, and her only response was “well you were laying down, not my problem. Vacate the unit now.” And she walked away. Worst experience ever and yes I will be escalating this.

Highly recommend! So glad we chose to store here. Clean, secure, well lit facility with a manager and team who cares. Tim the Manager helped us choose the perfect size needed for our mom's items since she is being placed in elder care. With all going on in our lives having the reassurance that her items will be safe yet accessible to us was a concern. We also like the fact that there's an easy to use app for gate control and payment. Thanks again Tim for your help, kind words and patience in answering all our questions.
I have been using this facility for the last four years. I have two units. Tim and his staff do a great job. They always go beyond expectations to accommodate their clients. I have a recommend using them if you can get a storage unit unit there, but they are pretty busy so I would call well in advance.
Rented every summer while at UB. A business is only as good as its people. Tim was there every year and was always very helpful.

Tim the manager was great. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they only have 1 moving cart and no two wheelers. Sadly it's a result of customer's stealing them.

Aug. 2023 update: This is a nice facility (see photo of inside a 10'x25' unit). Tim and Mark in the office are very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is how frequently the company raises the rates and by how much those increases are (never by just a few dollars). In the three years I have had a unit there, the rental has very nearly DOUBLED.

I had a very food experience with Public Storage. Registering for the storage unit went very smoothly and it is very easy to get in and out of the storage area. The manager was accomidating and problem solved when I needed to switch from a climate control unit to a non- climate control unit.
I’ll definitely be referring them to others in the future .

First of all the worker who signs the unit to you pretty much makes you put in a 5 star review so dont believe the reviews.
Place is falling apart the insulation from the ceiling got all over my things. Good luck trying to get in your unit in the winter because the door is packed with snow and ice. Also received an email to pick up plastic to cover my things while units are painted and they don't even have the plastic

Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help, which I really appreciated. There's a gate with code access. It's annoying that to get out the code needs to be typed again and is in an out of the way keypad.
I have utilized many storage facilities along the east coast and have found that the Public Storage in Getzville the cleanest, well organized with the friendliness staff.

Grate prices and very good service went to the location on Hospitality Center Way and talk to joe he showed me the unit measuerd the unit helped me find out how long was the car even let me put both cars in the unit to see it they fit unfortunately they didnt so he looked around on his computer to see if there was anything avalible and he got me in contact with tim on the Millersport location very nice guy he got me the units and help me get the promo they had online 100% recomended with the cheapest price around the area

I recently went to a public storage facility on getzville and the associate dead very knowledgeable about the products they had to offer and was friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had thoughlulu the whole experience was pleasant and I would go there again
They raised the rent from $252 to $324. We moved out asked for the difference to be refunded to our account. I talked to three people—two on the phone at once, in fact—and after three conversation, filling out the “request for a rent reduction” from and getting an immediate approval, the staff still wouldn’t refund the difference nor did they claim any responsibility for raising the rent (“this happens off site” they told me even though the rent we pay is for the space at their site) or offer a solution to the issue. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business here. Biggest waste of time and energy. We didn’t even stay a year.
