Very professional service. Clean unit. Property well taken care of, well lit and well secured. No mold. No mildew. No bugs. No rodents. Without requesting one I was twice given a discount for long term storage as a customer appreciation service. I am going to use this location again whenever I need storage.

I used Public Storage for my son who attends school nearby. The facility is in a very convenient location. Great customer service. I met Keagan on both occasions who is knowledgeable and courteous. The unit size 5x5 was clean and met our needs. I would definitely use them again next school year.
I take back my initial review of this company completely, I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star if I had the choice. Completely unprofessional and they partake in sneaky and fraudulent behavior. They will tell you one thing and then you later find out that is not the case and they also charge you for time you never even spent or used the storage. I’ve already filed a formal complaint and would not recommend this facility if it was the last storage space on the planet. I regret EVER using them.

Who makes it where you need a code to EXIT the parking lot. Wouldn’t recommend just for that annoyance.

There can be a long story here, but I'll make it short. I don't review many places, but I am going to easily take the time to review here. I was tired I moved across county, I drove for three days and exhausted needed a place to store my stuff. T helped my travel and exhausted brain out took me step by step through the rental process, gave me any information about the locker and honestly the city I needed. We haven't had issue thus far, and I cannot be grateful enough for such a friendly face and a nice welcome to the city.
Just spoke with Tim. He was extremely helpful in securing my reservation for a storage space required for the end of December. Explained the details and the steps necessary to make it hassle free. Great service!!
It’s a thing, I rented a unit after leaving my job and started my own business using the smallest storage space. Eventually plan on renting a larger unit for a something special.

Joe and Matt were phenomenal today! Not only was I in a pinch but also in a hurry and they were more than happy to prioritize me to help. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service they provided. It's good to know that your belongings are in good hands and that Matt and Joe really care about the customer.
I just found out you can review your storage place! These guys are great. You think, they're boxes with doors and a lock, how great can they be? Every problem, issue, question or whatever, they have helped me cheerfully and figured out what it was that I did and straightened it out. You know, just like you'd want. App is easy to use, but also this particular site is very secure and has a great staff. 5 stars!
The space itself is clean & secure and the staff is helpful however the advertised $1 first month is not accurate unless you rent on the 1st. They do not prorate months which is, in my humble opinion, an effort to rip people off.

I've always had good experiences. But 4 stars because the gate is broken most the time. That's not very good security.
Computers were down, but that wasn’t an issue for T as she was able to help me get set up with no issues. A great problem solver for when things weren’t working as this was for my business and she was a great help

The manager, Jessica, was so helpful! I had to coordinate a drop off of a Pod that I then needed to unload and she was awesome in helping me coordinate everything. The space I rented has plenty of room for me to go through my stuff and it all feels very secure.

Automatic payment was a problem. It was taken out and put back in 3 times. Charged $20 fee even though it was their fault. Raised rent after 2nd month

I had a great experience at this location. I have stored my vehicle here multiple times during the winter months. Setup process is extremely easy and their mobile app is very user friendly. I just cancelled my unit today because winter is behind us (at least I hope it is, but... it's Buffalo so we'll see 😂). The cancellation process is also extremely easy without any hassle (did it through the app). I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

I just would love to give props to the girl Jessica, everytime i go there she’s always the one working. the walk way is already completely shoveled. i recently had questions about possible needing an extra unit and every question was answered without hesitation this girl really knows her stuff! overall love the attention she gives to her customers like me, just something you wouldn’t expect from a storage unit place really makes all the difference
