Carl is truly remarkable at his job. Throughout my long-term storage experience, he has been incredibly supportive, always ready to answer any questions, and provide detailed information about any updates or new options available. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude have made me confident that I made the right choice in trusting this facility with my belongings.
The storage unit itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained. After many years, I still find the facility spotless, and I have peace of mind knowing my items are stored in a secure and sanitary environment. The facility is easily accessible, and I appreciate the extra security measures, such as surveillance cameras and secure entry points, that are consistently in place.
Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.

I recently moved into a storage unit with assistance from Teya. This was my first time renting a storage unit and it was a very seamless process. Teya was very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and patient. A week after moving in, I came to the realization that the unit I initially rented was too small and upgraded. We did some work for a customer at this place. As a moving company they have to much locks on the doors elevator and gate we go in and out but it slows down the work bc we have to put in key code every time

I made a reservation 7/6 and when I got there today 7/14 apparently someone sold it and there wasn’t anymore of that size available but before losing hope Jonathan offer me a size bigger for the same price throughout the whole rental process he was excellent

Overpriced and over secure. Just like cable companies the longer you stay with them, the more they charge you. You need to enter a code in like 4 different places just to get to your locker. They use to allow disposal of unwanted items but no longer do that and will charge you for leaving anything.
