YOU MOVE IN AT ONE GREAT PRICE WHICH IS THE BAIT AND THEN A SHORT WHILE LATER, YOU GET HIT WITH THE SWITCH WHICH IS AN APPROXIMATE 50% RENT " INCREASE. " IN OTHER WORDS, THEY GET YOU IN ON ONE PRICE AND THEN SCREW YOU AFTER YOU MOVED IN. FURTHERMORE, MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE ON THE INTERNET OR RYAN WILL SHAFT YOU AGAIN AND MAKE SURE YOU PAY THE WALK IN PRICE.

Have had storage here for many years. Went to the office the other day and spoke to Ryan to see if there was anything they could do to lower my bill a little bit. He was so helpful. He put a request in to corporate and the next day I had about $40 off on one space and $60 off on another space. $100 savings in all and it was so easy to do.

This place got robbed, multiple units hit, and they weren't even there on a weekday to let me into my unit. I'm already stuck here for now, but this place should not get anymore customers, since they can't even take care of their existing customers!

Beware! I have been using this storage for years. The prices do go up but most importantly, I was told to get the insurance to cover my property. I recently went to find that some of my things were completely destroyed by insect infestation that came from the storage facility that appeared to be clean. The insurance company representing the storage only wanted to compensate me for $250 with thousands of dollars worth of items completely destroyed, which I will have to pay for out of pocket to remove by the way. The manager said I could move my damaged things to another unit-That’s the best they could do. The insurance company said they do not cover this type of damage, any type of insect or rodent damage even if it was done on the premises. They do not care. There is no responsibility for the damage that was caused to my property that I thought insurance covered. The insurance company rep basically told me that iI have to take it up with the storage facility. The manager on duty said I have to speak with the insurance and he was the one that had convinced me to pay for the insurance, which I had been paying for for years, in case anything we’re to happen to my property while in storage. I would not even give them one star because of the degree of damage that happened while my property was in their storage facility.

I had an easy time getting my space at Public Storage. The only bad thing is my space is far from the elevator. The best thing was definitely customer service.
