Super super frustrating to have been renting a unit here for less than a year and a half and to have had my rent increased twice already (first time was just a few months in which was very disheartening)...would not have rented here had I known I'd be paying almost $50 more in less than a year and a half after beginning my rental. Hope to find a more affordable option.

Dylan was super helpful getting me set up with my unit. Very informative and patient. 10/10 recommend.

Angela M she is a good hard worker. She has been a great help. She is very professional. She is personable very friendly to all the customers when they are on property. I would recommend talking to Angela for all your needs at Public Storage.

Want to give a shout out to Dylan for helping our family navigate through a most difficult time. We had a house fire, pet and car issues in addition to health issues hit us all at once. The stress of losing your personal belongings is tough and trying to save what you can fills the void a bit. Dylan went out of his way to assist our family when we REALLY needed some extra care and understanding. We thank you for going the extra step and out of your way to help us when we needed it the most.

Pleasant personal

one of the worst people to deal with. When I opened a unit it was smooth sailing, once it was time for my first payment they tried to make me pay triple the amount which happened to be someone's else account. second payment made over the phone smooth sailing .. received a past due email to then find out from a property manager that my bank had "reversed it" and charged them for "insufficient fund"s I called my bank and they have no records of it my bank account hasn't had any issue since i've opened it at 16years old. I've called them over 10xs left multiple voice mails and NOTHING ! I refuse to pay for something that wasn't done on my end. Taking my items out of this unit ASAP !!!!!!

Let me be frank (not my name). I have shopped around at many storage locations yet have always gotten the same reaction. As someone with an eclectic collection of oddities, I always draw a strange eye at such places. Here though the staff was very welcoming and I did not feel the need to be embarrassed of my storage needs

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with John and Dylon. Highly recommended. I wouldn't store anywhere else just based off the fact that they won't be there. Very personable. These 2 men made me feel extremely confident in public storage. The way they present themselves is undeniably professional.

Angela is amazing. Super helpful, a ball of sunshine, infectious smile, and very quick to answer all our super anxious questions. If you need any help, that’s your gal. She even stayed later, to make sure she answered and helped us get our new unit set up.

John was fantastic at this location. We bought some units and they were extremely lenient with us clearing them out. We have only good things to say about Public Storage in Nesconset. Shoutout to the district manager Matt who approved the extension of time clearing the units we desperately needed. A+

The rental process went smoothly. Angela M. is a tremendous asset to this location. Her knowledge and expertise made the process fast and easy. She showed wonderful patience with all of my questions. I, highly, recommend this storage location.

This place doesn’t even deserve a full star. Been renting this unit since April 2022. Everything was fine then they increased the rental amount to some insane amount. Then when we were trying to empty the unit I call and no one ever answers. Moving out of state so we wanted to do a trailer for a few hours we went and spoke to Anthony who is at the other property and he was so kind and helpful understood what we were trying to do and gave us the ok to have the trailer for a few hours. Day of moving I receive a call from the nastiest little man child name Christian. He hung up on me twice and when I told my husband who was at the facility he wanted to address the disrespectfulness he had but of course he didn’t want to discuss that. I called again to get his managers number and he gave me the wrong number also told me my husband was so polite (being sarcastic) this is some A+ customer service this little boy Christian needs a course on customer service! Better yet how about you go find yourself a new job Christian clearly you’re a miserable person!! My husband witnessed him being a real jerk to another set of movers same day. Absolutely disgusting.

I rent a parking space and storage for my local delivery and moving company, Gorilla Delivery 🚚 and from my first call Anthony in the leasing office has been wonderful! He is always friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have. The facility is clean, well lit and provides excellent access to Route 347. We could have chosen from a multitude of facilities, but Anthony’s customer service was the deciding factor.

I have a unit here, the staff here is wonderful. It's so nice to meet Christion, he has been so helpful and so patient. I literally had so many questions for him, asking for the directions and asking him about the terms, ect. Christion has been kind and patient and always ready to help, and he even taught me how to use the lock lol, it's been such a great exprience. Beyond expected. Thank you, Christion.
