Why, because I have faith in the District Manager named Arron Friedman (Again not sure I spelled his name correctly) but I know he undertands our issue and is postivily going to resolve the situation. So at this moment I am chaning the review in good faith. Waiting for the call back and outcome shortly.

Update 6/14/24. Matt a district manager reached out to me day after and rectified the issue. He even check up again to make sure it worked out. Although it was an and start Nice work rectifying it.
6/11/24 Currently the worst experience. Reserved a unit last week to move stuff in this week. Go there after paying and doing everything else to find the unit assigned already had a lock. Not a single employee there to help and no call back from property manger during there posted business office hours. Hope it gets resolved soon so I can give a better review 👎
I've never felt like my needs have been more adequately met in a storage facility then when. I worked with Alex and Dylon. These young gentleman have made me feel like part of the family when I come to public storage. I plan on staying with them forever.

If I could give a 0 star raton the 12th for next monthing I would. 1st. nobody there for 2 weekends on Saturday left message to be called back, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Had paid for Nov on the 1st removed all items from storage on the 11th. Recieved email saying thank you owe nothing on the 12th. Recieved bill on the 12 also saying payment for December due by the 1st. Went to ask for partial refund no refund available.tired of all the bull.

I’ve been at the mount Sinai location for a little while now and the reason I stay instead of going closer to my new house is because Alex. He is the nicest and most professional person you will come across. Will answer any and every question with a smile on his face . Public storage is lucky to have him and I hope they realize this . Phil is the general manager and he is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond for my family and I during a difficult time of clearing my mothers things after she passed. I would 100% recommend this facility and can’t speak more highly of Phil! fantastic place
Be careful, place is a big scam. They get you in sorta cheap and once you’ve payed 2-3 months of rent they raise rent 2-3 times a year. Originally payed $240 a month and in under 13 months they've raised my rent more than 60%. At this rate in less than a year we will be paying double what we were previously paying in less than 16 months. At first they seemed nice and now they use the same excuse when asked about rent being raised blaming on the previous manager but there’s a new manager every 2-4 months which says a lot about upper management. Don’t really know where all this money is going when the gate is broken half of the year, snow removal is very spotty, and they constantly refuse to fix problems with our unit.
