This is the nicest Public Storage I have rented in. Additionally, the 2 Managers who work there, Lex and Aaron are top notch. They both have fantastic personalities, are ultra professional and keep the location clean and well functioning. Aaron is diligent about walking the floors and keeping things clean. Lex is super efficient and a clean freak (that is a good thing 🙂). Together, these two run an efficient, clean space and are ready to help in any way they can. It's not often you find two young professionals with such a strong work ethic. Thank you Lex and Aaron.
I have a very busy schedule, I was inquiring about storage space. The public storage team explained the rental process quickly and easily it really shows when employees love their job. You could tell they enjoy what they do. Amazing top notch customer service!
This place is amazing it has 2 loading docks that can fit moving trucks in and it makes it very easy to move quickly & there’s so many carts that can make it a faster process of taking everything out, thanks to Aaron for giving me a wonderful tour of the place. I definitely recommend this location!

They are the worse here. I am a loyal customer who always pays on time for years. I pay in person and I was two weeks late because of Covid, they hit me with a non negotiable $63 late fee. Also they are never there when they are supposed to be for customer service, they leave the facility always and now have a policy that they do not leave a sign when they are coming back.
Plus things are always broken and there can be a month before they are fixed, example security doors. temperature control inner doors that maintain humidity and temp allowing it to get very hot inside. There are so many other companies out there to choose from.

Facility is well maintained and service is better than expected.
Horrible experience. My code to get in the gate works less than 50% of the time. I’m left stranded outside the unit because there is very rarely someone at the front desk or someone to speak with over the phone. If you leave a VM they take multiple days to get back to you. It’s a horrible feeling knowing there is nothing you can do to get your things when you need them.

Horrible customer service. Charges double the rent if on a few days late on rent. I have my medication for my hemophilia in there for when I get a bleed and they would not let me in after only being 3 days late on a payment to get my medicine. I absolutely do not recommend. They do not care about their customers.
Way over priced. Also increased my rent by a substantial amount without contacting me to tell me. Then when I spoke to a representative on the phone they were super rude and basically told me I they didn’t care and won’t help and then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible place to leave your stuff.
We have been renting two 10’ x 20’ storage units since Sept 2022. We recently received a notice that rates were being increased by a substantial amount. I called the local facility and spoke with the representative. He explained to me the rational for the increase and was very understanding of my dilemma as we didn’t budget for such a large increase. He provided me with some alternatives and hints as to managing/reducing my storage fees. Thank Public Storage so much for working with us!
This Place charges you a full months rent if you vacate a day or two after the 1st. Than your told you can’t go back to the unit if you pay it lol. So you pay a full month for being a day or 2 late to remove your belongings before the first lol. Make sure you read contract fully before signing up with public storage They make double the amount for one unit now for one month. As far as the location it is good nothing bad to say about this place other than the main customer service number everyone is rude and non professional. Do not Reccomned public storage as they don’t care about there customers.
I recently sold my house and moved into an apartment requiring a need for storage with climate control. This storage unit in Holbrook is managed by Angelina and she is very knowledgeable about the facility. She answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind. She helped me w the app and the auto billing for the two
units I ended up leasing. She also gave me a map of the floor where my units are which is a necessity. If you need storage go see Angelina and you won't be disappointed.
Had an issue with my unit in holtsville ny and was immediately taken care of by Angelina. Her customer service was absolutely amazing, and they should be greatful to have her!!

The storage facility is very clean and Dan was super helpful with helping me pick the right storage unit. The tour was nice and relaxing and he answered all my questions no matter how rediculous they were. The process was easy and they had a cool first month $1 deal that attracted my attention. Overall, I love how updated the facility is and I highly reccomend this spot.
