NOW(2 days later) I AM LOCKED OUT from my storage unit that I feel unsafe going to, will not go to alone. 1 REPLY from manager who says rent must be paid. A few weeks ago I called to look at a few units of different sizes and Charles was so helpful. I scheduled a time to go in person. He took the time to go over the various spaces, their prices and showed me a few different units. I ended up getting it on the spot thanks to his help. I highly recommend this facility. Fast forward 2022. I have rented here for 4 years. I have had rent increases, which can be expected. After 4 years I now am paying 2x or double of what I originally rented the unit for.
My social security went up by 5.9% and my storage unit went up by 25% to equal double of what I originally rented this unit for.
The facility is beautiful, just recently repainted, keep clean. Still love the mobile entry app, but I have decided to move to a more competitive unit.
