WOW, Im AMAZED that I received this level of care from a storage unit company. It was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me out, Dawn I think was her name, she went above and beyond her Call of Duty and made sure we were VERY comfortable in leaving my relatives, who had to move in with us for health reasons, belongings there till we get an opportunity to pick everything up. I appreciate everything that was done for us here and will definitely recommend not only this location but the company as a whole to any and everybody I can who needs this service !!!

I just wanted to leave a review because usually at storage places the service is subpar, but I’ve had this unit for I think two years and I have talked to Dawn (I think that’s her name but forgive me if it’s not )on the phone a couple of times and she has been so helpful each time. Nothing but positive things to say about this place and if I were the owner, I would do everything I could to keep this woman around. I have been to a few places and not only was the place clean she made me feel that my belongings would be safe there... if you are looking for storage this is the pace to go. I'm not sure if you hire people with mental defects on purpose. Maybe you get a tax break. I came to get to my unit but forgot my access code. I went to the office during business hours but the doors were locked. A african american man inside was in the office and stared at us. I knocked on the door and he came over and started mouthing words. I then yelled can you open the door so I can do my business?. He said he did not have the key and someone would come soon. So I waited out front in the rain for 20 minutes while the man In the office played on his phone. ( what if there was a fire? Would he have just sat there in a locked office?) Finally another employee came and unlocked the door so I could get access to my unit That I paid way too much for. The new employee walked to my unit with me at a snails pace. No rush.why would anybody rush?. I just love spending more of my day hanging out with some derelict employees. I'm taking my stuff elsewhere because I have no faith in your decision making ability. If this is who is protecting my belongings.

Don’t use if you can avoid. They change their hours without notice and then no one is at the office. The spaces are also mismarketed size-wise.
