the dude who works there i believe his name is mike ? last time i was there he had dinner out and the whole room smelled like whatever he was eating. i was there again and this time he had a bunch of snacks out on the table. it seemed like me coming in was an inconvenience and i was interrupting his meal. he could work on his customer service.

My mom was looking for storage. She ended up talking to Fran, who worked the front desk. Fran was able to help my mom by making it very easy. She showed my mom the units available and shared all ins and outs we needed to know about the facility. Fran took excellent care of my mom, so much so she purchased a unit the same day. Met Fran the manager the following day as I was loading my unit up and she was extremely helpful and double checked my unit to see if I needed anything and that it was to my liking. It was so refreshing to have a “real” “ live” interaction with Fran and to know she would be easily accessible for any questions or concerns was a great comfort especially living in the age of all digital devices. First issue was finding out you close your storage after 9:00 p.m. but that's fine I can work around that but now I have a live show to do for the town of West Seneca today and I need my equipment out of the storage. It is during business hours I can't get ahold of anybody I have left several messages and I have the police on the way not very happy with the service here
Excellent service. I booked online, and the move in process is quite easy even for me as a foreigner. The staff there is patient and willing to help, although you can finish the whole process without their help at all. Will recommend.
Fran is truly a gem and deserves 10 stars! In my time renting , she is kind, courteous and truly seems to be invested in the clients of this location on Sheridan near Millersport in Amherst, NY. She is helpful with answering questions and is very efficient in returning calls, etc. I overheard someone in the office once when I was signing on say that they were grateful she was there with office hours, as they came from another location without an office and liked to pay in person. I didn't realize locations were without offices, but even more kudos to Fran and her helpful and friendly ways.
My unit was clean with an overhead bulb light with string.
I was pleased with the concrete without cracks or breakage.
My only concern is always cost as I am on a budget and over time there was an incremental increase or two, not an absurd amount, and I'm sure this is with all places, but I would recommend getting something with a little wiggle room if this is a concern for you as well.
The app is user friendly and you can exit using the app which is helpful. Autopay is also available.
Overall 5 stars and Fran bumps them to 10 stars easily. She is a treasure for clients and this establishment. Thank you.

I went to get something out of my unit and ran into an issue upon entry with a gate issue. The staff member Fran was present and promptly and efficiently helped me without hesitation. She’s wonderful and has awesome customer service she’s great asset to your company please keep her around.
I have used this storage place a few times over the years. It is clean, safe, and managed well. Manager Fran is wonderful! Always checking to make sure things are OK, etc.
Only negative point is when prices go up unexpectedly.

This self storage location has provided a great experience for me. The staff are always attentive to not just details but the customers as well. There are several units to choose from - I've experienced both the 10x10 and the 10x20. Both worked out well - it was in shape and the staff provided light bulbs when I asked for it. Whenever I am there to visit my storage unit, the place is usually well kept and staff is always ready to provide greetings upon entering. I may be biased but my favorite staffer is Fran - she's very friendly, an easy person to have a conversation with yet she can be stern when necessary, you can tell she really does care about this self storage location. My only issue is that it isn't accessible 24 hours but that's just about it. I'd recommend this self storage location to those who like security, privacy, and easy access to their unit.

This location is convenient for our storage needs. Front gate rarely works with app and the keypad is wonky at best. Exterior doors stick and are hard to open. It's easy to get lost with the poor/missing signage. The storage building hallway floors are kept clean! Lights inside are all automatic. Roof doesn't leak! Haven't had any rodent problems in our unit. Very functional! It's not the latest shiny new storage location. The place looks and operates like it's age, 40+ years.

We just got a storage unit the other day using the Labor Day sale. Fran, the wonderful woman in the office, helped us so much. She is kind, helpful, and fun. We really appreciated her assistance and explanation of the process.
This location is located near the 290, which is convenient for our business needs. We're able to get in and out with ease. They are on top of keeping up the facility, having recently remodeled their store front, repainted their storage doors, and made several other updates. The staff, Fran in particular, is incredibly warm and friendly, providing a welcoming experience that I haven't seen at other storage companies. Would highly recommend.

The facility is well maintained. I made the mistake of forgetting to lock my space once and when I arrived home there was a message telling me to return and secure it. That shows the people working there are not only courteous but go the extra mile to make sure you have a feeling of security!
Fran at the Sheridan Drive location is absolutely incredible. I it was my first time renting storage and she made it easy. I had a lot of questions. My move was difficult and frustrating, but she was so kind it didn’t feel so bad. She found space at a location close to me and when I needed more space I came back to work with her. She took the time to show me where the space look like before I got it. Very happy!

My wife waited for almost 2hr before leaving no one around we were there to pick up a storage unit online that we won atl east they gave us an extra day to pick up the unit only gave 3 stars because the gentleman that worked with us the next day was really personable and professional thanks bud

Update* (8 months later) I went to check in on my unit, I was relieved to see that my stuff was, safe, secure, and not damaged by anything. I got to see Fran, and she was so kind and helpful as always. I told her what a great experience Ive had so far, but the only thing I didn’t appreciate (no fault to her) was the rent increases. Mine went up twice in less than a year. She said since I always pay on time and with good standing she would see about putting in a claim for an adjustment. It went through and she got me down to a better rate. She is the absolute best!!! Thank you!
