When I went into the office to see about possibly renting a space , the woman at the counter, I believe her name is Erica, was extremely helpful and really helped me in deciding what size storage I should get. She showed me a unit and all I can say is wow! I have never seen a unit so clean. Eric is as such an angel and extremely upbeat. I would definitely be referring to this location and if possible, as for Erica!

Great Property. Easy to get in and out, clean and well maintained. Erica was great! When I first arrived at the property, I was unsure where my unit was located and she came out of the office unprompted to assist. I have rented storage units Coast to Coast, some PS, other big box stores and Mom&Pop type places. She has a great demeanor in person and on the phone. So thumbs up to the property and Erica! Thx you guys!

No air-conditioning don't go during the day they will find your dehydrated corpse in your storage room

Staff member (on-site manager) was polite, professional and helpful. Space is as advertised; however, there are not enough service carts to facilitate moving items into and out of the interior units, which is very challenging for someone, such a myself, with mobility challenges. When brought up to the manager, she said that the carts get stolen and "corporate" will not provide replacements. I recommend corporate review Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Although I do not have a unit at her specific location, she went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I encountered at another Public Storage facility in Santa Cruz, California. Erica's dedication and commitment to resolving my issue were truly commendable. What a pleasant experience compared to other storage units I've rented. Secure facility, friendly staff, a remote app to open the gate. Janea is very helpful and courteous. As with all storage facilities, sometimes you have to shuffle cars a bit for everyone to comfortably access their units, but this one seems to attract a clientele who store their belongings neatly and nobody just hangs out in their storage units with their stuff. I don't think they tolerate unnecessary/inappropriate loitering. Just load/unload, easy-peasy. Convenient location and in six months of regularly accessing the facility there was only one time we had trouble with the gate.

Nina, Hats off to you little lady.... I hope this is seen by the proper management higher up then the store "managers" Nina was great and did an outstanding job multi tasking between customers that were in the office last week. She appeared to be working alone and although it seemed extremely busy she still managed to smile and laugh with her customers. I have seen a lot of CS people in my time but Nina is Something else. Please show some validation for her and whom ever encouraged her to be with your company. Thanks again Nina for a great morning and I will be storing there. This is why.... I was about to move my things to another facility outside of Public storage and I went into a public storage with friend who was paying a bill and I now known to be 4875 S McCarran Blvd. Anyways the office had other customers in the room and when we walked in, she peaked her head around the customer in front of her and said be with you in a min. Then she stepped to the side and said actually I lied sorry I will be with you in a few minutes to see what services I can provide you with today. I just chuckled. We waited apx 7 minutes and as the other customer was finished she said hold on guys and women imma do roll call in a min and laughed and said just kidding. As the customer walked pass us he said be patient she's the only one here and she ready was told by another manager to shove the customers out the door and do her outside work and she's a good worker and cares about us. Then she says real loud I'm going to ask three options for reasons to come and see me and if none apply just let me know. 1st all potential customers or eRental customers over here, Payments here in the middle and over here account issues changes and vacate. Everyone moved and she stated please be patient I am going to process payments on this side and hp others on this side anyone have any objections and smiled. I must say she was doing her job we were almost out of the office in a matter of about an hour. And everyone e recieved the help they needed. Great job for the person she learned from.

It was a good place but after changing there personel it has gone downhill would not recommend storing your stuff there

I rented a unit online but received a call from Nina C before I completed the reservation. She was so helpful and friendly in answering all of my questions. I secured the unit online. Even though, I had a small hiccup when we arrived onsite with the gate code verification (that Krystin from Wrongel location resolved) Nina was also just as friendly in person! I appreciated the great customer service! Especially since the customer service line representative was not helpful and very rude! Thank goodness for Kristin and Nina!

They're liars I was going to get rid of my storage that they had raised to $300 a month and they gave me a different unit for $88 said it wouldn't change for a year 3 months later it goes up they lie I will be moving my things and getting a new company they're terrible

My unit got robbed due to their negligence. They had JB welded the clasp that attaches to the unit and the wall. I assumed it was okay given "Public Storage is a known brand" and they should know what they were doing. I was wrong. They have motion activated lights, but they didn't activate from the side you would naturally get walk in from. They only have cameras on the door into the units but not on any of the hallways so they were unable to see anything. When I wanted to move the few things remaining that weren't stolen they offered me a smaller unit literally as far across the facility as possible. I told them it wasn't happening and they eventually gave me a larger unit that was closer and had better working lights. Also when I'd initially gotten the unit I'd used an online price and when I went to sign up originally they tried to argue they wouldn't honor the price which I eventually forced them to. Overall a horrible experience and really deteriorated my trust in storage units. I thought getting $800 worth of equipment out of my car was the smart play to avoid getting my car broken into, who would've thought the storage unit was the riskier option. And that same week apparently at least two other people at the facility were robbed as well. STAY AWAY.

My friends storage unit is here they have a particularly high level of security and all the units are locked up in larger locked buildings with coded gates all around and only one entrance by the office which it looked like was always occupied by very nice staff might I add. Everything was tidy and I wouldn't worry keeping a locker full of gold bars in here who knows maybe I already do ???

Monique was very friendly and made sure the unit I got was the right size for my move.

Jackie and Moe were extremely helpful in trying to help secure a rv parking spot they went above and beyond in customer service. Great ladies.

This place just upped our storage unit $30 dollars a month and didn't ask for resigning documentation or notified me of this change, so apparently they can up the rent of your unit anytime for any reason and not get authorization? Seems sketchy don't rent from here.

I have an interior unit and it is dirty and lots of leaves also extremely cold in winter - drafty With that said it’s quite expensive

So cool place I needed A place to store my belongings because I just enrolled at the University of Nevada and I came here with my dog to get a unit and met a very nice lady named Monique who is super cool and even gave my dog a treat she walked me through and help with steps and I’m one of those people that ask questions twice and she was still pretty chill and cool multitasker pretty cool lady if you ask me thanks Monique hope you see this and I hope you have a good day

The thing I like most about the storage company is you can set your account up to have 24 hour access. The grounds are clean and the caretakers nice.

Danielle and Monique helped me with ease and were extremely nice and knowledgeable.
