I’m glad everyone else had such a great experience with this location. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience and feel I need to share considering I actually chose this location based off of the reviews. I have never used a storage space before and as I mentioned, I felt confident in my decision when reading the reviews for this particular storage facility. As I understand, there are numerous layers of security including gates that require a code, a door that requires a code, and in the event of second story storage, an elevator that requires a code. When I arrived at the facility for the first time this last Saturday for the move in day, the gates were wide open, which was a little unsettling, but then when approaching the door, realized that the door was broken and anyone could just walk in. I understand that things break (the door), but if the door is broken, wouldn’t it be that much more important to keep the gates closed? The facility is clean and I don’t want to go through the hassle of canceling and then having to find another storage facility, but I’m feeling a bit uneasy. Talking to the property manager basically gave the impression that they just have to wait for someone to repair the door and there is nothing else they can do, but the gates being open still doesn’t make sense. I attempted to call/chat with a representative, but it was more of the same. Still unsure of what to do, but I just hope this location can get the door fixed and considers keeping the gates locked in the future.

Ms. Wanda provided FANTASTIC customer service in helping our company, Branch Insurance Group find the right unit for what we needed. She was personable, funny and patient in answering any questions that we had. She made sure that we were well taken care of!

After , she showed me around the facility , to show me exactly where my unit was... Wanda , walked me through the sign-up procedure.. making it as easy as " pie " .. Had some problems with the door to my new locker. Wanda was very kinda and willing to help me quickly and efficiently. Even got me some water since I had to move things twice. Very clean location, AC is ripping!

The place is like Fort Knox, super secure. Units are clean and cool. Nina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful too! Only thing is they could definitely have another dolly or two on site but I got a good deal so really no complaints.
