Called into Public storage regarding an issue with my account. No one answered so I left a message. Nora called me back within 30 minutes and helped me resolve the issue with haste and added explanation when needed. She was very easy to talk to and work through the problem with. I thanked her several times during the call and again at the end of the call, after she said she would follow up with me either tomorrow or Wednesday the latest to make sure it went through. Thanks again Nora!

Found these guys because they were close to where I was to be working. Couldn’t make a decision regarding size I needed but Nora helped me even though I changed appts numerous times… The facility is new clean and completely climate controlled. I came from a location in O.C. CA that was 2xs as expensive and their customer service was guide dismal. Thank you P.S. for making this part of my move so incredibly easy. Thank you Nora for the best customer service I have been given in all aspects of my move.

We decided to get a storage locker to get some clutter out of the house. There are a lot of places out there but I’m so happy we decided on this one! This is a great location, it’s clean and feels very safe and secure. The people were very friendly in my first visit with the few questions I had and setting up my auto pay was very easy. So glad I found a good place!

The ladies at this place were great! Tiffani answered all my questions and had such a bubbly and cheerful attitude….it was a nice change compared to so many other places that have employees with bad attitudes. She even followed up with us to make sure there wasn’t anything more she could assist us with when she saw my girlfriend and I on property . Very happy customer.

Should be zero stars!! I rented a 10x10 and the pricing for the first month was discounted (as expected). Then they charged $15 per month for insurance (I had declined) because they said it was "required, can't be waived". Then after just a few months of regular pricing they jumped their pricing by 25% even though the website pricing hadn't changed their original pricing. I decided to move out. I cleared my unit on the 27th of the month. Confirmed on the 30th of my closure of my account to avoid the next month billing. Then they call me and say I need to come back and remove THEIR lock on the unit. I come back on the 1st and now they tried to charge me for the next month because I used the gate to come in and remove THEIR lock. Total fraud in pricing and practices. I've used other storage sites and have never seen such horrible business practices. And as an aside, front gate and doors into the facility only work right about 50% of the time. Even got trapped in the site with others because the gate wouldn't open for an hour. Pretty crappy for a brand new facility.

Very friendly staff, setup was very easy, compared to the storage facility where I moved from this is way cheaper and more high tech. Looking forward to keeping our stuff here while we get settled after moving

Couldn't get the elevator to work after entering my code so I went to the front desk and the lady was rude. I walked to the front desk and she was busy with someone so I went and tried the code again to see if it would work and didnt. Went back not even a minute later and she proceeded to tell me she's on lunch and couldn't help me. Then told me the elevators were down for the entire day. I have a van full of stuff and the elevators are the only way to access the units besides the 1st floor. Rude staff and the facility doesn't work. (Updated) My experience has been solid. Everyone was extremely helpful and the elevator never gave me anymore issues. They really turned this around for me and it has been a pleasant experience overall.

Everything that could suck about this place does. From the beginning from reserving it I had issues to the elevators were down the first month I had the unit and the restroom is always out of order and you can never find anybody to help you you call nobody answers nobody's ever in the office . the only reason I'm still here is because they were out of the unit that I had reserved so I got a 10x10 for $30 a month, they had to upgrade me because they were out of 10 by fives which I originally reserved. Even the customer service from the main office sucks. And I never leave bad reviews but this one deserves it, today both the elevators and restroom are out of service,and some alarm has been going off for 45 minutes now...makes me question the security around here,also.

I feel compelled to share my experience after reading the reviews posted here. I chose this facility because of the location and the price. I read the reviews and took a chance. I was disappointed. I had hoped for a good time. Alcoholic employees not giving a f#@*, goofing off and sleeping whenever. Instead all I encountered was friendly, helpful and professionalism. Smiling and waving....yuck. And that damn elevator did cause me a problem... Once and an alternative way to access my unit was promptly given to me while the tech serviced the elevator. (Which was fully operational before the day was over) The bathroom issue is a real thing. The blame would be on the person who last used it. If you don't manually unlock it when you're done then it stays locked. Then you are forced to walk an entire 15 feet to the office and have someone unlock it for you. I have had several storage units over the years and this is by far the best facility I've ever used. Glenda is a sweetheart who has been nothing but helpful. She does her job well and enforces the rules that I guess some people think they are not expected to follow. That's only an assumption because I detect some bitterness in some of the reviews. In conclusion, my opinion is safe, clean and friendly. Any issues I've witnessed were rectified in a timely manner. I don't see anyone crying about the damn shake machine at McDonald's that is always allegedly broke down and has been broke down since the 80's.

Multiple customers have been locked out of this facility for days. The digital gate code and app don't work. It just says, "please see manager". At the beginning the elevator was broken. The technology here is terrible and we can't access our items in storage.

One of the worst storage experiences i have ever had in my life! Had multiple issues that couldn’t be answered by the “manager” onsite. So i reached out to the General Manager for Public Storage hoping to get some help in solving my problems, because they were extremely urgent and needed to be addressed as soon as possible. I called THOMAS the GM over 20 times, no exaggeration. Left countless voicemails, sent over a dozen emails, and i still have yet to hear back from him even once. Unprofessional isn’t even a good enough word to describe this complete joke. You and Glenda probably were in cahoots.

If i could put 0 stars i would, i unfortunately have to give them one star. But this company is a complete joke and this facility is ran by a very immature unprofessional lady, Glenda. They don’t know how to operate a storage facility and they don’t have any people skills whatsoever. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They are non stop burglarized multiple times a week and nothing is ever done. The elevators never work so you can never access the upstairs. The bathrooms always “locked.” Or occupied by Glenda. I think she sleeps in there or something because she’s definitely an alcoholic.

Have had our stuff stored here for a few months. Glenda is an absolute gem and she’s been very helpful and navigating our questions/concerns. She is very honest and goes above and beyond. As for the facility, it’s nice with all of the codes needed to get into the lot, building and elevators. Was warned that the elevators go down here and there because of wifi connections going in and out before renting a unit and that was a gamble we were willing to take. 10/10 recommend this storage facility.

Don’t rent from here. The elevators are always broken, units have been broken into non stop and the management will not help you at all. They will have no kind of understanding of the inconveniences. My code never works and the gates always broken. Also this is a very new facility so if you think the prices are good now , they already just doubled so give it a couple months and you will wish you never had moved into one. They will kick you out for no reason at all with no explanation and there’s nothing you could do from there. Also they only allow you to be in your storage for 2 hours during business hours and the facility manager said I could only be here for 30-45 min during business hours.

Very unprofessional , I came in with my daughter and the blonde lady in the office smelt like alcohol as soon as I walked in the doors. She gave me an attitude and wasn’t much help. I won’t be renting from this company

Only giving 1 star because I have to. The lady Glenda has been very rude. Always has an attitude when I’ve had to let them know the elevators were broken again and the gate was broken and wouldn’t let me in 2 times now. When she’s working I never can find her and then I will see her goofing off

I had a relative who was in need of a storage unit. Brian answered all my questions! Very detailed, helpful, and professional!

My son was looking for a storage space and I called and spoke to Brian! He was so helpful with pricing and figuring out what size storage space we would need!

We came with two car loads to put in storage at 7pm. When we got in we were unable to access our unit as all the access screens said closed. We are on the second floor so we could not access the elevator. We called for help but the AI on the chat and on the call were not helpful we called after hours and they said they could not over ride the system. We called the gate security and she hung up on me and didn’t call back. I’ve paid to move into my storage and had friend take their time to help. And now I am unable to do any of this and it’s still not time for it to be closed. No accountability but we have to pay when we can’t even access our space during their hours. Notice the time I take the picture their own clock states 8:28 and they don’t close until 9. I’ve been here since 6 trying to sort this issue.
