Look elsewhere the place is hot as ever for it to be advertised as climate controlled the check in representative is incompetent and caused a magnitude of problems for me that could have been completely avoided. She misinformed me multiple times about the pricing and sizing which led to me being double charged and her saying well theres not much I can do we dont refund the admin fee. And that’s not even the half of it! Seriously, look elsewhere!

Nice semi hidden location. Super friendly staff always eager to help me. Facility is always clean. Shout out to Mick for helping me out with my Kayak. Very appreciative of this location and its staff. Thank you.

Got a storage from them, paid in advance, told them I’d be driving down from Palm Springs and when I’d be arriving and they told me they would make sure to let me in since they needed to verify my ID, and I arrived before closing and they weren’t here, let me drive from California here, told me they’d wait, then didn’t and won’t answer the phone. Canceled my reservation right away, talked to people who are here already and all had a bad experience. Choose somewhere else

It's getting better...security wise!!! Now a code to get in the elevator...I love it 😀 But wait did you know, that after your first six months or so, the rent goes up! It has happen to me cuz they know they got you...cuz you got have the storage...they cut the price and then after six months the rent goes up and boom they got you cuz you need the storage....gotta love it

Amanda was very helpful and courteous. In short - she is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this location for storage.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago the facility is filthy, the elevators are really dirty, and trash everywhere that people leave behind. Also they have one dolly for the whole storage, the manager said that they were stolen. You have to make quite a few trips up and down the elevator to unload your vehicle because you have to carry your items yourself.

So grateful for Amanda's help today. We did not have an appointment but thankfully she took time to help us. We are usually competent people but we were suddenly stupid and she helped us up the elevator and found our unit with us. So grateful with a cross country move and all the stress of that we really appreciated her help.

I gave this facility 2 stars because it’s clean and quiet (pushed back off Eastern Ave). The day we drove to town no one was at the unit to get us set up and we couldn’t find anyone. Very frustrating after a 5hr drive. You can never get ahold of anyone and the cart to load/unload is locked in the office which again no one is ever there. Only had the unit for 1mo but for me personally I wouldn’t rent here again. The one positive though is it IS clean inside.

Had gotten the storage a week in advance, the day I went to unload my access code was not working, I had to wait for someone to come in so I can get in through the gates. We eventually got in with some strangers access code, he was nice enough to let us through with his. I go up to my floor which is 3rd floor. Notice my assign unit had a lock on it. Was not able to unload any of my things, had to extend my uhaul box truck because the office was closed. Next morning I call and spoke with Joseph (Joe) he said he will get me a new unit and to see him that day, I asked about compensation for the inconvenience it caused me and he says “I’m sure we can do something to just go in to talk about it in person.” I go in, I ask to maybe if possible get a unit on first floor instead, he says I can but I will need to pay more? So I ask about some sort of compensation, he says they need to run it by their DM Gen/ or Jen. Why not give your associates an empowerment to take care of customers without reaching out to a DM? What is the manager there for then? So frustrating, till this day no one has reached out to me. I guess I’ll ask when I turn in the lock.

I have two 10 x 20 unit on this property. All staff are friendly and courteous except for a man name Mark. I was sitting in my car waiting for my wife to bring us some water so we can continue moving, “he comes to my window saying this is not a hang out do what you’re doing and get out” I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if this was racially motivated But he is not professional and gives business a bad name!!

Arrived at the unit. Unfortunately it was too small so wanted to upgrade to larger unit. Front desk unable to refund $30 admin fee. Okay that’s fine. She said to get the deal you have to go online and book it so I did again but it wasn’t the deal since I needed to sign in under a separate email so then again they charged me the $30 admin fee. I asked I I can redo it under a different email address but no out another $30. It was very frustrating on my part and zero empathy from Sasha at the front desk and Eric online corporate that she referred me too. So now I’m out the $60 and the unit I need to rent and could not see she said until I rent it, would be another $30 charge. Horrible business practice and will not return. Just left after no one would assist me further in helping me redo the mistake I just made. But oh well plenty more. Save your money and time as there are many better options in town. Jenn this owner should be ashamed but the service they provide.

I hate giving bad reviews to places but unfortunately this is one of them. They have terrible customer service skills and are extremely unhelpful and rude during a stressful moving situation to fix their own screw up! Even after coming down to set up this storage this morning. Now sitting outside for an hour while they figure things out. Sasha says shes the manager and she has no idea how to do her job.

Joe is the one that helping us get a unit today, process is quick easy, and convenient. Good support

It was my first day, while storing, a couple was moving out, and told us , someone drilled a hole in their lock and stole their stuff. They have no cameras, so it’s not protected.
