Don’t get fooled into the low prices! It’s only for sign up. They increased my rate on month 3. They have complete control of upping ur rate! Plus the spiders at this location are horrible! Worst experience ever.
Oh, and you will never get a hold of on-site people. She’s always gone, but great at asking new people for good reviews.

From the virtual assistant to the Rep at the property (Denise) Everyone was helpful, respectful, informative. I am a company owner and don't have a lot of time on my hands. We ran into a situation in which we needed a space quickly. They got us what we needed same day at a reasonable cost and super helpful with setting up the billing side of things. Great Job!!

I was overcharged $30. Called customer service they said they would fix it but haven't done anything. Now I have to move out and find some other place before they overcharge me again. So much wasted time, money and effort. I wish I never used public storage.

Local staff were great but just do a reservation online, don't do anymore than that until you get on site and see your unit and then complete. If you go through the whole process, electronically move in giving your CC # and it's not the space you needed, getting your money back is a nightmare. You are charged right away and if the space won't work, you are hooped. Local staff are great, national customer service is terrible. The only option I'm left with now is to dispute via my credit card company.
** You may be discouraged but I’m still out $30 that you shorted me in my refund. If you sincerely are looking to improve, return the balance of my refund. Local staff took care of me, redirecting me to another site that had the unit I needed. Ironically, in this senerio, you have my business for now because of the time crunch I was in but I’ll be back in February and have found an alternative vendor to switch to. Return my $30 balance and I would plan on staying only because of the positive experience with local staff.
I had some issues reserving my unit online but coming in to the physical location was a breathe of fresh air ! Marie was so nice and helpful she made everything so easy. Definitely recommend this location.
Very Overpriced for Basic Unsafe storage. When I first opened a unit with them it was $55 recently as I moved my stuff out they were trying to charge over $100 for a small unit. Very dirty facilities, they never have staff on the premises and one not very good dolly for the entire property to share. I highly recommend looking for other storage options!
My biggest rave is about Marie the property manager! I love her customer service skills and her knowledge and professionalism. I have enjoyed dealing with this company and they have made things very easy and seamless for getting my things into storage and keeping them safe.

The storage unit is ok, I've gone in and out several times now, no issues whatsoever. We were saved as another storage had run out of the conditioned rooms, but they had one available here. It seems nicer than our original choice. Ms. Marie was very friendly in showing us around and finalizing our transaction.

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!! My hubby and I got our unit physically broken into & it just caused such an inconvenience!! Not to mention there’s squatters that hang around this area and can easily go in & out the property!! Even if you get insurance covered they make it so difficult to address everything and all we got from management was a lame “I’m sorry.” No empathy whatsoever it’s very frustrating especially after we had to move out! The last thing we needed is getting our belongings taken and the value of our things are irreplaceable. We tried getting a transfer to a different location but they only gave us a different unit. When we came back the next day after discovering that someone broke into our unit, the hole is still there!! Who knows if that persis staying in there over night! Definitely save yourselves a headache and a migraine!!!!
Process was quick and easy! And price was a lot cheaper than what I was expecting! Marie was a great help!!!

PRICE JUST KEEPS GOING UP!!! the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because Marie is sweet. I was under 100 .. added insurance just because: and now, it’s at 170. For such a small space!!!! Now, I have to move all of my stuff to my other storage which is further but at least they are still at $60 for a bigger space than this one!
I've worked with Marie for from 2010 till present and I've had nothing but great experiences with her. We need more people like Marie!!

Marie was one of the nicest, considerate and helpful people I have come across since I had to make an impromptu and hectic move in January, as fate would have it I didn't get the place I was planning to move into so I needed to get a temporary spot for my things. She made sure I got a big enough unit for my 2 bedrooms worth of stuff and made the overall experience wonderful which I did not expect from a Storage place. Marie at the front desk is such a sweet woman. She really went above and beyond to make a stressful day end on a very positive note. I highly recommend this particular public storage. I price shopped and on top of the great service it was also the best deal in north green valley. Unit and entire property are clean, secure and safe.
If I could rate this company below 1 star I would. Absolutely the most unprofessional storage company in existence. I had a reservation for a storage unit on the green valley pkwy store and they canceled my reservation without speaking to me. When they told me the reservation was good until today, which is the 5th. Then we go to this location 4056 e sunset and no one is on property. I've been waiting since 11 am, gone through 4 customer service agents, and no one can even get the person who is supposed to be here on the line. This seems to be a very common occurrence. Even at the green valley location. The day of our reservation we went during their open hours and NO ONE was there. I'm not sure how they like to run things but it is purely unprofessional. I just want to look at a unit to see if it will fit for our things. For you to not even be able to reach a property manager that legitimately is supposed to be living on property is unbelievable. This is absurd. I ask customer service to speak to a manager to be transferred to another customer service agent. They won't even let me speak to someone above them. When I call other locations to get someone close by to come over to help, no one even wants to answer the phone. I finally get to a escalated specialist and she is just so kind and is frustrated that she can't even get in touch with the district manager. How is it that even the customer service agents are upset over no one being on property? That should tell you all you need to know. Get it together public storage.

I've currently had my stuff in this storage for over two years no damages to my belongings. The property manager Marie is amazing she always goes out of her way to make me feel appreciated even when I'm late on payments she gives me a courtesy call. I never have to worry if my stuff is safe and secured if you choose any public storage this one is the best! My only complaint is it's hard to get through when you call but nonetheless I love mrs Marie ❤

Just spoke to Marie, the customer service oriented, courteous, professional, and very helpful gal at Public Storage at Sunset Rd in Henderson.
I called to request a stop of the payment increase for my storage starting October 1st, as it was a second increase in less than 6 months in 2022.
Immediately, Marie offered to put in a request to cancel the storage payment increase, and the request was accepted. Marie also said that hopefully I am the winner of the sweepstake, because it pays for my storage with Public Storage. Marie asked me to give her a call if I am the winner of the sweepstake. I promised Marie I would let her know if I win.
I am automatically in the sweepstake, because I have autopay with Public Storage. I wish more Public Storage employees would be company knowledgable, courteous, professional, and customer service oriented as YOU are Marie.

Traditionally storage facilities are sterile and functional, but Marie brings this facility to life and makes you comfortable that your important items are well cared for. She is not only accommodating, but genuinely cares about more than just collecting rent. If she left we would change locations as this property is not at all close to us. We have to consciously drive out of our way to get there.
