This is a second reviews if this facility. While my first review is a good one and it still is, the only downfall is WHERES THE AIR CONDITIONING? 4 on the third level and there is no air up to u yesterday if if there. I just had to move out of my places so I'm still having to go get items and it's burning blazing hot as fish grease.

Don’t rent from this place first of all we started renting from this place a little over a year ago because we were going to move to Texas. We did move and fell on hard times and yes a couple of times we fell behind on payments but always paid up but before it even went to auction they cut my lock and put theirs on good thing I had someone here to put a lock back on. When they cut the lock they open the storage unit and throw the cut lock in side so they see what you have. Jump forward to this last month we came back and I put my notice in that I’ll be removing my stuff. Then all of a sudden my storage unit got broken into and they took my tools not really anything else maybe they thought a bonus a crossbow. I called management at 730 am and at 10 am left message but no call back till 11 am. I told her what happen she proceeded to tell me to call insurance not with a care in the world . So I proceeded to go the police station and file a report. And then call insurance they offer but they act like they don’t care. The management sucks I called again to see if they have video and of course the run around then proceeded to tell me when I arrived and that I must have followed someone out because I didn’t use my code to get out. I had to remind her the gate was broken and she did say oh thank you I forgot about that. Putting all my stuff in a trailer would be more secure and cheaper they keep raising the rent
Well after 3 weeks of not hearing anything their insurance company that they want you to use is very pathetic they denied my claim because I can’t prove there was a break in so my personal opinion is that it might have been an inside job and they know the rules and know what to do. If you do rent from them give them a last minute notice on moving out they will find a way to get your stuff and the manager is a very sad soul person

I went to my storage unit today and due to my health it is very confusing when trying to find your unit and then a door close to your car for moving things. We'll today a Lady name Chanti was in the office, she helped me to my unit, explained where to park, when I got turned around in the building trying to leave... Public storage is the WORSE STORAGE FACILITY IN AMERICA. I’ve had a unit broken into at 1400 e Tropicana that was located inside the facility upstairs behind the gate and was robbed by the on-site managers that lived there name RONALD and SHELLY. THEY broke into 5-6 units and they unplugged all the cameras and they didn’t report it to the police so all the insurance claims were denied . DO NOT PURCHASE UNITS HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED

6.25.2023 - Update
Since I first gave you an overall status of this “Public Storage. Please note that they have gone down in Customer Service and way up in price. Without warning they raised the price of the same storage $60 increase and without
asking permission they started electronic payments without speaking to me and decided on their own. They’ve lost stars because their making decisions with my money as if they’re paying the mortgage on my home. Prior to the increase, if my paycheck arrived a day or two they charged me a $25 late fee - even for one day. To sum it up my monthly charges went from $150 to $205 dollars. I now have room to remove my stored goods however right now my time is premium. Things of importance have doubled and many of these “to do” are brand new to me and I don’t have the flow yet. I will do it and I will move past all of this and I will know exactly when it happens. The top of my list is to move my stuff out of this money grubbing Public Storage that transitioned from a descent convenient storage, to a location that lacks any Customer Service and thinks nothing about the customer. My advice - Stay away from this Public Storage!! I have no idea if all the Public Storage locations are run as poorly as this one, but I’ve learned my lesson.

Incredible! Super limited access..so if you need to get to your stuff anytime at night, forget it. Closes even earlier on weekends. The bathrooms are rarely open..no trash bins available for customers. Also, awesome if you have to keep your stuff in storage for 7+ years, expect to pay waaay more than everyone else. Its been WONDERFUL!! The office people definitely make paying A LOT WORTH all the thousands upon thousands I've paid, even though I rarely have contact w them..SUPER DUPER AWESOME YAAY!

Thieves, most the people that come into this place nowadays are saying the same thing. If you don't want somebody to be raisin your payments about $12 every 3 months this is not the place to be. And they harass you all the time from the corporate office, the call it a courtesy txt but three times in 5 mins, they would probably kept doing if I hadn't blocked. It's very childish and oppressive over there. That's pretty much the whole city of Las Vegas though

Let me tell you why this place loses 10 times out of 10 first of all they lie about the price they had all these hidden fees on it just to start you off and then to top it off they force you spend $20 on a lock I have my own lock I don't need to buy yours and I don't need to wait a week or two for no a refund on something I didn't want in the first place it's not about the money it's about the principal I can understand the $30 administration fee on top of whatever the locker cost but y'all can miss me with all those extra charges and lock fees

My father rented a storage place here and it was broken into twice by the employees working there, the police told my father it was an inside job. You stole his 1969 yamaha guitar and other important belongings we can never replace. You take advantage of seniors and steal their belongings and tell them it was 'broken into'.

Money hungry! I paid every month on time even after the rent space kept getting more expensive every month. So I decided to move out of there. I get an email saying I owe another month's rent. If I paid another Month's rent. I could have stayed there another month. There totally wrong. Crooks!!

The staff is great, but due to their location they have EXTREMELY limited access hours (so if you work till 5pm, unless it is across the street, you'll never get into your storage Mon-Fri as you need to be OUT the gates before 6pm). Also, they keep the carts in the office, so just started bringing our own folding cart to transport stuff in/out.
